DDP for January 27, 2011

Well, what a way to start the New Year off right. I'm a DDP today!

What a nice way to start the day - thanks, too, to everypurr that sent me a rosie in observance of my honor today. I love my furriends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One more vet trip down ...

Well, I just arrived home from my trip to the vet. Dr. Dudak, the new vet, loves me ... I however still don't love riding in cars & let MomKatt know it (and she was expecting this) by barfing then pooping in the carrier. HOW embarrassing. A lady just does NOT do that and it's SO humiliating. I can't escape & the vet's nice assistant got me & the carrier all cleaned up. I had a LOT of ear wax buildup (again, expected) so now I have to have some drops twice weekly to help dissolve them. MomKatt was quite helpful but she took a picture of me with her cell phone. Sent it to my Aunties, some of them, including Aunt Jo who texted back her sympathy!

But I'm home now with a clean bill of health & don't have to get my teeth cleaned 'til September. I'm going to nap in MomKatt's office the rest of today.

Man am I glad THAT is over with for another year. But you know what? Dr. Lofgren, the other vet in the practice, DOES make house calls to Reidsville .... so next year .....

COTD! OMC!

I was COTD yesterday! On top of our GREAT BCCP Halloween pawty! It was almost too much for one kitty to take. For months, nothing happens then ... BAM! Everything at once, it seems.

I'm so appreciative of my honor but MomKatt told me that I'm HER COTD EVERY day. I'm down with that. ;-)

Hudson didn't make the pawty. I was disappointed but my good furriend, Romeow, kept me tangoing thru the pawty. We salsa'ed too! Little Coqui was teaching purrs how to salsa! I am not as bad as I thought I'd be! hee hee

I think a good time was had by all last night. I really MUST get to having more events in BCCP - we kits need to get together more often and hang together. I love my group!

I've been tagged by my new furriend, Lucy, to answer a few questions so ... here goes!

1. Do you ever wake your parent up in the night?

No. I sleep w/MomKatt & SHE wakes ME up to turn over! MOL! But then of course I get lovins, like she's sorry to disturb me. I wait for her to get settled in the bed again, before throwing myself up against her & snuggling down once more. :)

2.Do you ever tear up things?

Hardly ever - though I'm really hard on mylar teasers! ;-)

3.What's your favorite treat?

HAM! (And like all my other sibs, I'm addicted to Fancy Feast Dry Filet Mignon flavor! It's kitty crack - MomKatt says so!)

4.Can you fetch something when ask to do so?

No. My brofur, Peppers, is the Family Fetcher.

5.Have you ever lived any place other than where you live ?

I came from mysterious circumstances & exotic places when I was a little shaver to my Mom&DadKatt's drive-way (5 years in August!) and I've been in their home ever since, a strictly indoor kitty!
