What's a Unicorn?

Well, today mom said that it was time for me to wear my new Halloween costume. As you can see, I am wearing it now. What is a unicorn? Mom tried to get Taz to wear this costume but Taz said it was purrfect for me. My friend the orange troll Taz, he is always looking out for me. Oh well, Mom has to go put Taz' costume on him. Why is he hiding?

Hello, My Friends,
I am doing kitten backflips. My friends, my picture is on the main Catster page today as my diary is the featured pick for the day! The first thing I did was to run and find my friend the orange troll Taz and tell him this exciting news. He was under his comforter so I had to stick my paw in there to wake him up. You should have heard his sounds of joy, my friends. He even called me a Dolorous Diarist. What does that mean? Oh well, I am sure that it is a fancy way of Taz concatulating me on this great honor!

I'm Cold!

Hello, My Friends,
I have spent most of the last week trying to get warm. It has been so cold here in the morning, and it doesn't warm up much during the day. So I have tried a couple of things:
1. Sit next to Jacob. He is always warm.
2. Sit by the register. It didn't work until yesterday. Mom says dad has to fix stuff to turn on the furnace and he finally did.
3. Sleep on mom's butt at night. Taz says I am a butt zit. What does that mean?
4. Sleep on all of the new bed things mom has put out. I have a brand new fuzzy pink bed! I heard mom say she got it for Taz' birthday, but I am sure he won't mind if I use it first.

My First Pirate Day!

Hello, My Friends,
Well, I saw my friend the orange troll Taz got to be a pirate. I am not sure what that is but of course I wanted to be one, too. So here I am! I stole Taz' bottle of rum and Dad gave me his treasure chest. Now all I need is my girlfriendcat Xena, as mom says every pirate needs a pirate Wench. What is that? Oh well, whatever that is I hope Xena wants to be one for me.

Mom won some prizes!

Hello, My friends,
Well, my helping my mom has paid off! You see, mom calls me Mr. Helper, everything she does is purrsonally supervised by me if I am around. This year, mom stayed home for a day and was making noise in the kitchen all day. Because I thought she needed help, I was frequently up on the counters and watching her mix lots of things she wouldn't let me touch.
She and dad came back yesterday and told me all my help paid off! She won some prizes for the things that I purrsonally helped her create. My pal Bosco said they would win with my fur in them, and he was right.
I am so happy.

Missing sister Flinders

Hello, My Friends,
My sister Flinders has been gone for a few days. I don't think she is coming back.
I look for her every morning first thing when I get up, and when I come home from the office in the evening.
I know she wasn't feeling well the last I saw her. Mom and Dad were even more insistant than usual that I not chase her or get near her.
I hope wherever she is, my sister knows that I loved her and never meant to get her mad. I only wanted to play with her.
Mom says Flinders now has wings. I think my sister will look very pretty with wings.
Flinders was the first cat to greet me in my new home. I will always miss her.

My Girlfriendcat Xena won Best in Show!

Well, I know I just wrote yesterday but I couldn't wait to tell all of you that my purrsonal girlfriendcat, Xena, won Best in Show in her latest competition! I am so excited and proud. I wish she lived closer so I could give her my paw and show her off!

Home for the Day!

Hello, My Friends,
Today I stayed home with mom. She was in the kitchen all day making lots of things. She enters baked goods in the Michigan State Fair every year. I had a good time watching her. It was really funny when something started smoking and she had to turn on all the fans. Last year, I was still in my room and I couldn't come out and watch her do her baking, so this is another first for me.
Tomorrow I go back to work, but mom said something about having to go to the VET tomorrow afternoon. I had a boo boo on my lower gum and mom thinks my canine tooth is rubbing my gum, so it has to be checked out. I don't know why.
And finally, my dear Friends, thank you all for the beautiful collars. Taz says I need all that Fabreze. What does that mean? Oh well, I think it was nice of all of you to think of me, Orvis.

Boy, am I in Trouble!

Hello, my Friends,
Well, I had my annual exam today. I was a very bad boy. You see, I had more than enough time at the vet when I was younger and I don't like being there at all. So, when the vet came into the room I said filthy words and I spit. I also growled. Thank goodness, I did not need the HELMET as my doctor said no vampire stuff today. Well, I am glad this day is over!

My Friend the Orange Troll Taz is a Gourmet Chef

Hi, My Friends,
Well, last week saw the first anniversary of my life in my new home! It is hard to believe, but a year ago, my grandpa brought me from the park to my parents home! How time flies when you are having fun!!
Speaking of fun, I looked in a bag my mom had brought home and I saw she had purchased a chef's outfit for my friend the orange troll Taz. As I wanted him to have plenty of good things to cook, yesterday I brought lots of yummy meats and things for him to cook and left them in a pile for him. Taz went to start cooking now, and is so excited by my offerings, he is now screaming in delight! I have told him to hurry up and cook my weenies!
