Waiting and Waiting

Oh my oh my oh my. I've been glued to the front window 24/7 all week. I've been expecting the mailman to deliver a very, very special package to me. It's been sent from New Mexico. It should have arrived by now. I don't know what the holdup is.

I asked a certain *show girl* to mail this package to me express. Well, I suppose she got mixed up and sent it Pony Express. It's probably still in Kansas at this point. Oh my, as you all know, show girls have a certain reputation as being, to put it politely, airheads. Obviously there's no exception in this case. *sigh*

I guess I'll just have to be patient for a few more months...

It Could Have Been Worse

Oh my oh my oh my. I gave mother a good workout today when she tried to catch me to put me in the carrier. I think she had to move every piece of furniture in the house before she finally grabbed me. Mwahaahaa!!!

After she had me caged mother hauled me off to the vet. I can't believe she would make me go outside into the cold and rain. She said I cried all the way there but that's a FIB, of course. I was very demure and ladylike as always. I don't know why mother constantly tries to ruin my reputation. I'm certain it's 'cause I'm so purrfect and she so isn't.

Fortunately we weren't at the vet very long at all so I guess things could have been worse. I got my big stitch taken out. Yay! As soon as my little patch of shorn fur grows back along with my missing eye whiskers I'll be back to being 200% beautiful again. Oh my. Will the world be prepared for that? *giggles*

I got a few Party Mix treats when we got back home so I'm sure I'll forgive mother for today's abuse.....eventually.

Thanksgiving

Oh my oh my oh my. Today was Thanksgiving but mother refused to give me my holiday dinner of Wellness Chicken and Herring. *SHOCK*
She says it has too many calories for me right now. I have to stick to my diet. AWWWWWWWWWW!!!

I did get some very useful information today, however. Mother mentioned that when she was in the pet store the other day she noticed that they were now carrying many more Yeowww catnip toys. They even have the YEOWWW BANANA!!! OMC!!!

I now know what I want for Christmas. Yes - a Yeoww Banana!!! Ashlynne has one. It's not right that she has one and I don't so mother better come through for me this Christmas or she will be sorry!

I'm very thankful this day for Yeowww toys and nip! *giggles*

This Isn't Right

Oh my oh my oh my. I'm starting a petition to have mother removed from this house and replaced with a NICE human. I hope all you kitties will sign it. I can't believe how cruel she can be.

Today Sullivan had to go for his checkup and shots. Mother said he was such a good boy about getting into the carrier and behaving at the vets that he deserved a present. A PRESENT???? She got him a new plush snoozing mat. He likes to sleep on top of the dryer when mother has it turned on so she thought he'd be more comfortable on a mat.

Well pardon me, mother, but I got knocked out at the vet, had sharp instruments put in my mouth and had a zit chopped off. I didn't even get breakfast that day. AND YOU NEVER GAVE ME A PRESENT!!! This is NOT RIGHT!!!

Can you believe this kitties? Mother is EVIL!! She must go! Grrrrrrrrr!!!

You're Next Bro

Oh my oh my oh my. Don't tell Sullivan this but he's next. He has to go to the vet tomorrow for his checkup and shots. If the doctor declares that there's lots of tartar in his big, fat mouth, well, you know what that means.

Mother was trying to make amends with me today for her terrible treatment of me yesterday. She actually FED me today. She said I was a good girl too for not bothering my stitch. The vet didn't think I'd need to wear a cone and so far I've proved him right. Mother also said I was a pretty girl. I used to be, mother, until you had my zit chopped off. Informing me that I have to go back to the vet next week to get my stitch out negated all those feeble attempts to get back in my good books. I'll settle things with you later when you least expect it, mother.
Mwahaahaa!!!

I did get a little payback in yesterday morning. When mother shoved me in the carrier I managed to put a nice two inch scratch on her wrist with my back claws. Mwahaahaa!!!

Frankenstein!

Oh my oh my oh my. I wasn't able to escape the trip to the vet today. I was trying various codes to make that can opener work that A Helpful Friend gave me and one of them set off an alarm. Mother caught me!

I got dropped off at the vet's office early this AM and just got home about an hour ago. I had a HORRIBLE day! I'm starving and mother says I have to wait another couple hours before I get food. OMC!!!

It was bad enough getting my teeth cleaned but now I got a bald spot and my head and one great big stitch. Sullivan and Kovo have been laughing at me and are calling me FRANKENSTEIN!!!

Escape Plans

Oh my oh my oh my. I have to escape this terrible place by Monday at the latest. My dentist and zit zap appointment is on Tuesday.

I've got my little bags all packed. I got an extra suitcase to put all those cans of Wellness Chicken and Herring in too. Gonna take them with me. I just have to wait for a chance to slip out the door when mother isn't looking.

I only have one BIG PROBLEM though. I don't know how to open those cans of cat food! Can any kitty tell me how to do it? I need this info really, really soon. I bet Ashlynne has the code that will crack open those cans but she'll never share it with me. That girl is too jealous of my beauty and ample booty to help. Oh my. This info is the only thing that is holding me back from my escape.

Horrible Day

Oh my oh my oh my. I knew something was up this morning 'cause I saw that one of the carriers was not in its usual place. Being as smart as I am beautiful, immediately after breakfast I went and wedged myself behind the sofa. Mother can't get me there. Ha ha ha! I was undone when she started shaking Sullivan's bag of food. OOOoooo FOOD! I came running. I was caught and SHOVED into the carrier. *SHOCK*

I was taken to the VET! HORROR! Time for my annual checkup and rabies shot mother said. GRRRRRRRRR! Oh my. I've gained a little weight. I'm slightly chubby at 13.5 pounds. I need to lose 2 to 3 more pounds. Awwwwwwww!!! Mother has been a little too free and easy with the dry food treats she's been adding to my dinner. Effective immediately only one can of food a day for me again. No dry food. No treats. I'm gonna starve!

The news gets worse. Mother just got the results of my blood tests back. My kidney values are purrfect. NOOOOOOO!!! This means I'm clear to get my teeth cleaned next week and...and....while I'm out for that the doctor is gonna CUT OFF MY ZIT!!! OOooo, my poor little head! The vet recommends removing it 'cause it's protruding too much. I might cut it with my nails and cause an infection so it has to go. Well, at least my EVIL friends won't have that to MOCK me with any more. And, my weight? Well, that just proves that I'm more than twice the cat that Ashlynne is!
