Is too my chair!

I have a new favorite nap spot! I sleep in my grannymeow's chair!

She comes in and scoops me up and settles me on her lap.

I jump down.

Or she comes in and gets on the couch to keep from disturbing me. Once she's settled on the couch...

I jump down.

Then when she gets back in her chair...

I get on the couch!

Sad Day

My mommy's eyes are drippy!

It was a year ago today that she had to let my brofur Nicky go. She misses him so much.

He spoiled her rotten. He was a total lap kitty, and Sawyer and me are not. (Although Sawyer totally conned her into believing he would be. I could have told her that butthead was sneaky that way. MOL!).

But knowing this annifursary was coming, I actually jumped up on her bed to let her pet me two days in a row. She says I'm so purry sweet and soft and cuddly and that I cheered her up boocoodles. Awww.

Mission accomplished. For that, I need a nap.

NOT another one!

Apparently I have a new brofur.

My mommy, who also serves as our typist, helped the stray kitty we've been feeding set up a Catster page. I guess that makes him officially family.

As if I needed ANOTHER brother. There are already two boys here and one hyperactive, high-strung, wild child of a girl.

So when will I EVER get any beauty sleep now?

Who told her to fold it?

My grannymeow is frustrated! This big fuzzy warm blue blanket with a screenprint of a kitty on it had fallen off her chair on to the floor.

So guess where I've been sleeping for a few days?

The other day, she got tired of it all crumpled in the floor and folded it up all neat. She left it on the floor so I could sleep on it, though.

But why would I want to sleep on it while it's all neat and tidy like that? Naturally, I haven't been on it since. MOL

Out on the Town

How special am I?

I got to spend the night last night on our screened-in porch!

When my grannymeow came to do kitty round-up, she didn't see me hiding in the corner and thought I was inside.

Well. I wasn't. MOL

So I spent the night on the porch! Grannymeow and Mom feel HORRIBLE about it, but I loved it! I had the best time, and I didn't yell at Coconut, the stray cat we feed, or even yell at Mom to come let me in.

Being so quiet really pays off sometimes!

Percy is soooooooo jealous! Mwaaaeowhahaha He'd stay outside 24-7 if Grannymeow would let him.

I love prezzies!

Aw, I got a Rosette from The Catster Cat today. We could recipro-cat, but with four of us, and Nicky, too, we used up all our Rosies this month and since my mom's about to float all the way to NYC this weekend, MOL, we gotta wait until we get more Rosies!

Purry embarrassed

Oh my catness!

I am so purry sorry that I've not been updating my diary much lately.

My mommy has been crazy busy at the place she goes to make cat food money, and since she doubles as my secretary, she's not been around to help me type.

Not a whole lot new happening, though. I've been napping. And sitting on the back steps. And napping. And hiding from that pain in the paw, Percy. And napping.

Hope all is well with everykitty! I'm going to try to be around more again!

I Love My Mommy!

Happy Mother's Day, Mommy!

I am so excited! I didn't get Mommy car tags for Mother's Day. What a relief! Maybe that thing will be out of commission now and won't be able to take me to the vet.

I got her pants! She'll look just beautiful in them, I'm sure! We ordered them, so they're not here, yet. I can't wait to see her wearing them.

Mommy, you are the purry best!

License tags? Huh?

I asked Mommy what she wants for Mother's Day.

She said she wasn't sure what we should get her, but she fears it may have to be license tags for her car.

I don't think she needs to keep her car "licensed" since it's evil and takes me to the mean place where they poke needles in me. So I meowed that I don't want my present to her to have anything to do with that thing.

So she said then again something at a spa would do.

That's better! We girls need all the pampering we can get!

I don't feel a bit older!

Meow, everykitty!

I had such a pawsome birthday! I got so many gifts from Catster and my Catster furriends. Thank you so much!

I got some ping pong balls with noisy stuff inside them. As you can see by the picture I'm gonna put on my page, I'm not sure what to make of them!

I got to drink cream and eat chicken and we had cake! Well, I wasn't too enthused about the cake, so Mommy and Grannymeow ate it all up. The cream was sooo yummy!

I got to play outside a LOT, and I had about 573 naps.

I've been napping pretty much ever since trying to recover from the festivities!
