Special Day

Today's a purry special day at our house!

For one thing, it's Sawyer's birthday! Happy Birthday, Sawyer!

And for another, it's the 2-year anniversary of when Sawyer and me came to our furever home. We've been with our mom and grannymeow and fursibs for two whole years!

We're going to celebrate big tonight! Before I nap, I guess I'll pop on in to Sawyer's pawty. Please stop by if you can. There's a TON of food!

Treats and More Treats!

OMC! My sweet, handsome, wonderfur boyfriend Aspen sent me Halloween goodies! I got two Halloween catnip sacks, an orange shiny fuzzy ball and a pawsome mousie! I also got the cutest Halloween card!

When I opened them all, I flopped down on them to hide them from my fursibs! The prezzies were MINE after all, and I made sure they knew it! I love them so much, I've been playing with them non-stop.

Well, between naps anyway. MOL

Thank you so much, Aspey, for my treats! I love them so much, and I love you so much for being so sweet to me and sending them to me. Your meowmy is so purry talented! These catnip sacks she makes just ROCK!

The secretary will post pictures of me with my toys tomorrow! Her job has been super busy since she got back from vacation, and she's having a hard time keeping up with her Catster duties, too. I'm trying to be nice and give her a break and not glare at her too awfully much. MOL

Woohoo!

OK, not that I'm glad that my mommy and grannymeow are leaving us for vacation for a whole week, but I am ecstatic about this.

Percy, bless his heart, is back in the hospital. He's doing great, but the vet wants to keep him there while my mom and grannymeow are gone. So a whole week without him chasing me!

THEN...

THE PEST is going to the hospital too! The fleabag thinks he's going to a spa or something. He has to go get THE surgery.

I can't believe it! A whole week without him jumping on me and obsessing over my tail.

I get a whole week with both Percy and THE PEST gone! WOOOHOOOO!!! WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! This will be bliss!

Brofurs Stink!

I just can't get any peace at my house now. Sawyer is a butthead, always acting like he personally owns our grannymeow and mommy. Percy hisses and chases me, and now Sunday won't leave me alone! He won't stop playing with my tail and tackling me.

Thank heavens for Tessa. If it weren't for our meowathons about our boyfriends Aspen and Mittens, I don't know what I'd do!

Falsely Accused!

Do you know what my mommy accused me of this weekend?

I was out in the back yard sitting up against the fence. Just hanging out. Soaking up rays. Minding my own business. Ignorning the little dogs yapping their heads off next door. Gloating because I knew they couldn't get to me.

(If by some chance they ever did get to me, they're so tiny I could squash them anyway).

So my mommy popped her head out to check on me, and she yelled all appalled like... "Murphy! You're driving those dogs crazy on purpose!"

I couldn't believe she said that to me! Can you? How can my own mommy accuse me of doing something like that?

Harruuuummmmpf!

I hope everykitty has a great day torturing dogs...I mean...hanging out by the fence!

Beautiful AND They Smell Good, Too!

I love all these Febreze collars! They are just wonderfur! Thank you everykitty for sending them to me. We've tried to send out collars to everycat who sent us one, and I think we've succeeded. If not, we're purry sorry, but we really do appurciate them!

I'm still not so sure about this kitten I'm now stuck living with. I still keep my distance and run if he tries to play with me. But I think eventually I might be nice to him. At least when Mommy isn't looking.

New Arrival

Meowlo!

Happy Friday!

I'm so purry sorry I've been neglecting my diary so much, but I've been so busy basking in the summertime with my sweet boyfriend Aspen. He sent me tulips today! *purr* *purr* Dreaming about him takes up lots of time, you know. *giggles*

And then there's the fact I have a new sisfur.

That's right. A new sisfur, and I'm not at all happy about it. I don't know why my mom and grannymeow thought I needed a new fursib. She's had her own room in the office, the room that leads to the door to the yard, so I've been quite hissy about her blocking my path to the great back yard.

Now she's been set free to explore the house. Tessa loves her, and the stupid boys are warming up to her, too, but not me! Nope, no way, nuh-uh. I'm not going to be nice to her, I don't care what anybody says.

My mom keeps telling me she's not trying to replace me, I'm her number one girl, blah blah blah. Well, OK, I kind of like that, actually.

But still...HISS!

Lucky Boo

We're sad to hear that *Lucky Boo* had to leave for the Bridge yesterday.

We will miss him purry much!

Wedded Bliss!

Saturday, I got to witness the purry beautiful wedding of Boogers and Eve. Hazel Lucy officiated, and she did a furtastic job! The vows were just beautiful, the location was just beautiful, it was all so wonderful!

The best part, though, was I was there with my sweet Aspen. *blush* We danced and danced the night away! I had the best time!

Now I must nap!

All Fluffed Up!

I got a bath this weekend. And my grannymeow held me while my mom cut a big knot of fur off me.

Torture! They just torture me!

Fortunately, I also got to stroll and got lots of love--and cream--to make up for it!

My sweetiepie honeybunch Aspey sent me a Memorial Day Rosette. Awww, thank you, Aspen! I love you so much!
