OK, 7 Things About Me =^..^=

1. I was adopted as a stray, when I was a little over 3, by my Mom and her Mom, my Human Grandma. I just turned up on their doorstep, at the apartment and had no intention of leaving.
2. At my first Vet visit, after Mom and Gran adopted me, the Vet wasn't sure if I had been spayed or not. About a week later, I provided the answer MOL!
Back to the Vet I went, I guess they didn't think an indoor only kitty, in an apartment, regularly going into "heat" would work so well!
3. I adapted to being indoor only very well, and I amazed Mom, by taking to a leash, very well, too. I figured out, it was the only way I was going outside again, and it wasn't so bad, I walked Mom rather than the other way around.
4. I was very shy with strangers, but later in my life, my Gran was having a lot of health problems and had to have caregivers in and out, I got used to new people and learned they weren't so scary, after all.
5.I did NOT like going to the Vet, but, when I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism, I was so good about taking my medication. I knew Mom wanted to help me, and I didn't want to make it harder for her.
6. I did NOT like car rides, but, a few times, I made the 100 mile round trip to Mom's Brother's house. I wasn't too bad about it, and when we got there, he had a Male Cat, Foo, to play with. The car trip was worth not having to stay behind and be boarded, when Mom and Gran went on vacation.
7. 6 months after I was called to the Bridge, my Gran, who I loved so much, received Heaven's call. Gran had a Human illness called Alzheimers, and it affected her mind, and made her not able to live with Mom anymore. Gran had a very long life and was ready to come home. Boy was I excited to see her! We both still love Mom very much and miss her, we hope she knows that we are both doing just fine, and someday, we'll see her again.
