Turkey Day is Approaching!

Holy kittens... can you believe that Turkey day is just around the corner?!?! We can't wait fur the yummmy Turkey to reach our kitty dinner plates *giggles* Mom and dad also have a free Turkey coming from the grocery store fur reaching their $300.00 dollar points so that means yet another Turkey dinner. One thing that we'll have to do is watch out fur Aspen because he LOVES chicken & turkey and will never share his dish, although we each have our own.

This is also a purrry special Thanksgiving because it's our baby brother, Cannoli's first celebration and wait until he sees what's in store fur him! Cannoli is doing wonderful and is becoming such a meowmy's boy. Yup, you heard correctly, a "meowmy's" boy big time! Every night, he'll jump into bed, waiting fur mom and then in the morning, he's back sleeping right next to her. During the middle of the night, he does tend to go his own way but ventures back to the bed in the early morning hours. Whenever mom comes home from work, he can't wait to greet her and as fur knowing his name, that he does. All you have to do is meow "Cannoli" and he comes running like a bolt of lightening. If mom is on the sofa watching tv or napping, baby will crawl right up to her and lay against her neck, purrring up a storm. Cannoli also loves daddy but seems to be more of a meowmy's boy, at least fur now... As he gets older, his purrsonality may change or become more neutral but fur now, we all know who his number one girl is!

This afternoon, my pawrents went to Tony Lukes fur lunch. Mom had an "Eggplant Italian" sandwich, which has cheese and broccoli rabe and daddy had a meatball sandwich. They also had yummmy bacon ranch fries to go with their delicious lunch. Tonight, mom is taking her sister (Auntie Lillian) out fur her Birthday dinner to the Olive Garden and she's also giving her a purrty Yankee candle gift set. Mom and Auntie Lill like to go out to dinner at least every other week and then walk around the mall with a cup of coffee, shopping! I wonder why they never take us along?

Enjoying The Fall Weather!

Sorry we haven't kept up with our Diary entries fur almost a week now *wipes forehead* Mom was sick last week into this week with a bad Upper Respiratory Infection and is now starting to feel a little better. Her chest still burns and has some fluid but she'll be just fine with a little more time. We are enjoying this fall weather and especially watching the leaves and squirrels. Mom plans on taking us strolling before the weather gets too chilly.

As fur the TAG game, we are so behind and really didn't have time... therefore, we are going to pass on the game this time but thanks so much fur tagging us. Actually, we can't even remember who tagged us first?!?!

After mom gets home from work tonight, daddy is planning on taking her to he Casino fur a nice relaxing dinner and then it's play time!!! This doesn't mean that she'll win but at least she'll have fun. My pawrents have always enjoyed the Casinos and they believe that every couple needs to get away, whether it's just fur an over night getaway or on vacation and we agree with them. Of course, we don't like them to go away but we know that it's nice fur them and they enjoy the quality time together.

Yippeee Doodles... Daddy Is Home From Alaska (part#2)!

Daddy arrived home at about 10:30 am this morning and gave all of us a big kissie hello. He couldn't believe how handsome I look with my new fur growing in and I was one of the first to greet him. After all, I am a meowmy's boy... sorry mom! Dad met our baby bro, Cannoli fur the first time and said how cute he was. He then held him, wearing a big smile and kisses the top of his head. After my pawrents went out to breakfast, daddy and Cannoli took a nice nap on the sofa. Daddy also brought meowmy home a really nice Harley Davidson black sweat shirt and on the front, it reads "Harley Davidson" and a beautiful silk screening of a big polar bear and Eagle on the back that reads "Home Of Harley-Davidson Anchorage Alaska." That wasn't all... She also got a really cute pewter keyring of a polar bear and his legs move back and fourth *giggles* Awwww, that was so sweet of daddy. He explained to mom that there were no baby Harley Davidson shirts that would have fit us (too large) and of course, no pet stores. That's ok because he will make up fur it with lots of lovies. There is noting more valuable than the love from pawrents.

Daddy Comes Home From Alaska, Today (part #1)!

*chases tail* Today is the big day that our daddy comes home from Alaska. He was there this time fur almost 7 weeks and we all missed him purrry much. Just wait until he sees how nicely my fur has grown in. We are anxious fur him to meet our baby brother fur the first time and I know that he'll just fall in love with that little whipper snapper! Also, meowmy has a meanie Upper Respiratory Infection so now the six on the 6 day pack antibiotics and something to help the congestion. She noticed the other day that she felt fluid in her chest area so decided to go to the doctors right after work, yesterday. Thankfully she did so that she can't start feeling better. the change of weather doesn't help.

I would also like to wish my brother, Aspen and his beautiful girl, *MURPHY* a Happy 1st Annifursary and many more. They surely are a fluffy and adorable couple.

Wishing All A SPOOK-tacular Halloween!

Can you believe that tomorrow is already Halloween??? This is actually one of mom's favorite Holidays not to mention the trees changing such beautiful colors. Mom has several errands to run in the morning, but if it's not too chilly, she plans on taking us fur a stroll before all of the little humans come out to go "Trick-or-Treating." Mom's mouth is feeling a bit better after the dentist started root canal on Monday but she still has to go back on November 17th to have it completed and then after that, the crowning. Poor meowmy... she was in such pain the first few days. She's not too fond of the dentist to begin with and those needles, furget it! As fur teeth cleaning, she doesn't mind that at all. The dentist said that a filling had fallen out without mom's knowledge and that's why she ended up having to get a root canal. By the time she felt severe pain, it was already too late but she wanted to save her toothie! Hummm... I never heard anything about kitties needing a root canal?!?!

Guess what??? Daddy comes home on Wednesday and we are so excited. He called mom this afternoon with the pawsome news and wait until he gets to meet baby Cannoli. Little does daddy know that Cannoli likes to sleep all sprawled out on his pillow. That means dad needs to make extra room at night fur the him. Baby has been ruling the bed since he came home on October 2nd *giggles*

Jazzi Is Now A Beautiful Angel!

Just moments ago, we received the most upsetting news that our dear furiend, *JAZZI* crossed the Bridge at 4:00 pm this evening. at the age of 19.. Mom is having a purry difficult time helping me write my Diary entry, as she is in tears right now. As you know, Jazzi lost her sight just recently and was so scared and confused as a result. Early this morning, she was rushed to emergency for Oxygen assistance but wasn't strong enough to pull through. We didn't know Jazzi purrry long but we felt as though we've known her a lot longer than we did. She was a strong girl and such a fighter and her pawrents were there fur her every step of the way like caring and loving pawrents always are. We wish that we could be there fur them right now, giving each a hug of support but I know that they feel us with them in thought and purrayer. Unfortunately, Jazzi is no longer with us in this world but she's now in a place that she will understand and regain her health and sight. She won't be confused anymore and she'll be meeting so many wonderful and new furiends, not to mention having the sun shine brightly each and everyday. It is never easy to say good-bye but when the time comes, our pawrents need to make the decision fur us and they know what's best fur us. We love you Jazzi and will miss you purrry much but you'll furever live in our thoughts and in our hearts

Words can't begin to express how deeply sorry and sad we are right now for your loss. Jazzi was an exceptional kitty from such an exceptional family and she will be missed dearly. She will always and forever remain in our hearts and will live on through that. If there is anything I can do or if you need a friend to talk to, please don't hesitate to call. I love you dearly and I'll be keeping you in my thoughts & prayers. As I always say "There is nothing stronger that the Power Of Prayer." Jazzi will be sadly missed by all of us but one day, we'll meet again so this is not a forever goodbye... just a temporary parting.

Jazzi Needs LOTS of Extra Purrrrs & Purrayers!

This morning, meowmy went in fur her Root Canal treatment and it wasn't much fun. She now has a major headache but I wanted to update my Diary entry about my sweet furiend, Jazzi before taking a nap with meowmy. Mom will be having the Root Canal finished on November 17th. She feels somewhat better (pain) than she did last night but she still has sensitivity but has been so sick to her stomache. She cannot take Tylenol 3 with Codine at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure that a lot of you may know about my little furiend, *JAZZI (needs purrrs)* who went blind not too long ago (in my last diary). I received the disturbing news late this morning from Auntie Jo Ann (Patchez mom), as well as read Auntie Hazel Lucy's diary that Jazzi is now at the Emergency Vet Hospital on oxygen, along with fluids in her lungs. The doctors aren't even sure if she'll pull through so please keep her in your purrrrs & purrayers as well as her family. This is a purrry sad and difficult time fur all of us but especially fur Jazzi and her family.

We love you Jazzi and mom has said special purrayers to St Francis that you'll be ok *wipes eyes* As we always meow "There is nothing stronger than the "Power Of Purrayer! This is now in the Lords hands and he will take good care of Jazzi no matter what happens and we will be there fur her and her family...

I have an adorable new furiend named *JAZZI (needs purrrs)* who needs lots of support right now. Jazzi (age 19 years) suddenly lost her sight and is purrry scared and confused. Her entire life was with sight until now and this is when she and her family needs us most... I can't even begin to imagine how little Jazzi is feeling right now but I do want fur her to know that we're all here fur her. Please stop by to send your purrrs & purrayers to Jazzi and to her lovely family during this sad & difficult time *wipes eyes* This is what furiendship is all about...

Love you Jaz and we have faith in you and know that you'll be a strong girl. It will be purrry difficult fur you at first but as each day passes, you'll feel the strong love and support from your family and furiends *gives a kiss* Please my sweet furiend, don't give up!

I've Turned Into A BIG Orange Pumpkin!

Holy kittens and caboodles, I'm a kitty pumpkin *giggles* Mom ordered our Halloween costume which was delivered a few days ago. She was off today so decided to do some photography, as you can tell! The costume makes us look super small or does it make us look extra big? Actually, it's a medium but it's made super duper pufffy. Little Cannoli's is an X-small but now he's now outgrowing that. His was purchased about a week ago but since Target no longer had mediums left, she had to order ours from a Pet Specialty place online and wait fur it to be delivered. Even Target.com was out of the medium and mom checked out 3 different Targets in the area, as well. I have to meow that we were all good, dressing up fur mom, as well as our sister, Kashmere. Of course she wasn't doing cart wheels but she was cool. Mom spent most of the day taking our pictures and working on our Halloween pages...

Today, Meowmy Received A Beautiful Giftie!

Meowmy had to work earlier this morning and couldn't wait to get home to us as usual. We always like to greet her as soon as we see her pull up from the window or even hear the car pull in to the driveway. When she came in, she gave us an afternoon snack and then called auntie Sam to see how she was doing after her eye surgery today. Mom heard a knock at the door while chatting with auntie and there was a box that said "Fragile" from Zazzle. She had NO idea who it was from and couldn't wait to open it. During this time, she was still on the phone with Auntie Sam. Inside was a beautiful white & pink purrsonalized mug and it has a photo of mom holding Jaspurr while I'm sitting next to her. I was only 5 months old when that photo was taken. There is also a caption that reads "Barbi is the purrrfect Cat Mom!" This was a photo that dad took on New Years Eve in 2006 (the one on my page where she's sitting with us wearing black). Mom was totally shocked and so overwhelmed. This beautiful giftie was from Jaspurr's adorable girlfriend, *ARIA & FAMILY* Mom was telling auntie Sam how lovely her mug was and what thoughtful furiends Jaspurr & Snowmitts' girl's family is... Mom couldn't wait to call daddy and leave a message with him and then she took a photo of the mug and e-mailed it to him in Alaska. Daddy knows all about auntie Chris and her wonderful family. Wait until he sees the purrty mug that mom received from them!
