I got smothered with kisses and hugs, whew.. Now I have to find a quiet place to nap.

When it snows!

Hi Friends.. On Tuesday we lost our computer. Then, later on I started feeling sick and threw up. Of course Mom also had to discover I was having pee pee issues. I was going pee pee with little results. We got in touch with our Vet and thank goodness for Daddy, he took us in the middle of the blizzard. We're so grateful they were open, as it's everyone's nightmare knowing your stuck inside during a storm with a sick fur and the Vet being closed. It turned out to be I wasn't blocked, they did a cbc and gave me fluids. Beings I have FLUTD, and have had these issues in the past, I do pretty well with my diet but it's acting up again. We got my blood results last night and it was all good but showed I'm a little dehydrated. Mom's been adding water to my wet food and we still have to get a urine sample and get that checked as well. I'm doing a little bit better now and not as restless (crosses paws)
As for our computer it's at a friend's house being fixed, we're not sure if we need a new one or not yet so Daddy got the old computer out of the "dungeon" so Mom could finally get online ..
They say when it rains it pours, but in this case I think it's when it snows.

Buried in white stuff

Well it finally stopped snowing after 20+ hours and 27" of snow.. I can't see out of any of the windows no matter how high I am. Good thing is we haven't had any power outages so far. Keeping our paws crossed so that doesn't happen. I guess the only thing to do is eat, nap and cuddle, nothing out of the ordinary for me.
Hope you are all keeping warm and safe too.

I'm hiding

I can't sleep. The house has weird noises coming from it. The thunder was loud, the wind is howling, the rain is blowing. There were some trees down and the lights were flickering. The cops even stopped by to see if we were ok. Now the sun is shining. What's with this wild weather? I'd like to go out on the deck but I'm afraid I'll blow away. I think I'm gonna hide under the sofa til it's over with.

Needing some attention

My Mommy had a very bad computer virus for the last couple of days and her virus scan didn't pick it up. It's all fixed now hopefully she'll be spending more time with me and my Brother. I always try working my charm with her, but she seems to like this computer more. I'll have to go work my charm on Daddy, he doesn't care about it as much as Mommy does and besides he's grilling chicken!! I know what side my bread is buttered on.

Daddy had a cup of coffee and the newspaper in his hands this morning and was headed to the kitchen table to read the paper..when all of a sudden I jumped up on the table and plopped down on his newspaper. Then, before long my Brother Ember jumped up to because he just has to be right next to me all the time. Dad said he couldn't read the newspaper with two big mancats on top of it. We told Dad we're more important than some silly newspaper anyway and wanted our heads scratched now. Dad gave us some loving and treats and said that we are more important than that silly paper. He's a pawsome Dad, before long we were both fighting over our treats..fun..fun.. I sure know how to work my charm!

Christmas yummies

I haven't taken a nap near the Christmas tree in a long time, but last night I decided to lay right in front of it to nap. Maybe it was the smell of catnip..or maybe it was the smell of some yummy treats..maybe a mixture of both.
Either way I'm gonna stay right here til I'm allowed to tear into those packages of yummy goodness. Santa..I've been a real good boy this year!

Snow?

So I hear from the weather gal we're suppose to have a snow storm tomorrow. I sure hope Mommy and Daddy have the shelves stocked with all my favorites.

I've been good & Thank You

Oh Thank you Catster for the snowman giftie. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas..I'll have to tell Santa I've been a good boy all year, so I'm hoping for some yummy catnip treats!
