Arrival Story:
I have had a cat vacancy in my house since last August when I had to have my beloved 14-year-old cat, Sweet, put down. For over a year I had been considering getting a new companion for J.J. and Sadie. The other cats on this site belong to my sister. Buffy, her mother and 4 other littermates were abandoned in the back of a broken down apartment complex. A friend of my sister had been feeding them. I wanted to choose among the 5 kittens, but the only one that could be caught at first was Buffy. Initially, I was going to foster her and when the others were caught, I would choose one for me. Well . . . Buffy is now staying of course. I don't know how I could possibly think I would foster this cat for awhile only to give her up. Forget it. I believe it was a sign that she was the cat for me since she was the first one to be apprehended. She is cute, healthy and funny and will be a good addition to my cat population. I am slowly (with the expert help of my friend, Lynn) going to introduce her to J.J. and Sadie. She is very young and right now I can't put her out there with the two big oafs in the house.
Bio:
The vet said her markings are very unusual. She has big feet and big ears. Also she may have some small amount of Siamese in her.
