Catching Up!!!

I really missed my dad while mom and he were out of town. I been following him around and cuddling with him all the time since! Today they put bunches of things in the yard and lots of peeplz came over and gave them money and took things away. I sat in the front window and cried for four hours! They wouldn't bring me outside cause it was over 100 degrees. Too hot for little me! Don't want dad to ever leave again. Besides, they missed my two month birthday! O, Dad, goin' ta bed - gotta run and catch up with him!

Don't ever hafta leave! I get to stay and kiss on my daddy forever and ever and ever!!!!! Happy dances!!! So excited!!!!

I am Now Adoptable!!

I am now cleared to be adopted. Happy news - maybe. Me and dad are so close, I don't wanna go away to somebody else. Dad, he and me cuddle every day. I runs to greet him when he comes home from work. Mom and he trying to decide if I can stay. There already be five inside kitties and a feral colony outside. Don't quite know if they can afford another kitty. For now wez waits to see what happens. Maybe a bootiful forever family adopt me like Bailey got.

All Done with Dat!

I finished my antibiotic! Soooo glad cause it was nasty stuff. I be real good about takin' it anyway for two weeks! One more dose of steriods tomorrow, then no more medicine for me. Mom trying to help me stop sucking on peeplz arms cause I am wantin' to do it all the time. She knows I miss my momcat and it helps me feel better, but it might become a bad habit (whatever that is!) Dad - well he just lets me suck away on his arm and we both love it! Mom gotta go away for coupla days on business next week - so Dad an' me will have lots of fun!

Play Day!

Mom and dad have started letting me run the house when they are with me. What wonderful things are are to explore! I found Miranda's poop behind the TV! I found Lucy had barfed in the bathroom. What neat smelly things! I played hide and seek with Linus (well, mostly hide). He doesn't hiss as much as he used to. He not be so bad. They tell me that Lottie looks like my mom - but I have never seen her yet. And Milo, he just sits and stares, sits and stares, then walks away mumblin' to hisself. Mom also discovered today that after I get my steriod my eye works better. When it wears off, eye be more closed. Hummmmm. Maybe that mean something. Good vet question.

Some Sad News but Mom Say it be OK

My left eye has been more puffy and had some drainage, so Mom took me back to the vet today. I was really scared, hid in mom's arm and sucked on her inner elbow the whole time. Linus was there too and he was snarling and spitting, so that made me scared also. Vet people real happy to see me and that I am now energetic and playful. But sad news about my eye is that my eye itself is okay, but my eyelid is slowly scarring and gradually tightening up so that soon I won't be able to open my eye and it will be closed all the time. Sad because the eye itself would be okay. Vet say there is nothing they can do that would not make things worse. There also seems to be a hole in my skullbone in the forehead area. Maybe the worm did it, maybe I was born that way. They hopin' it will gradually close but don't know what to do with that either. Mom wishes Dr. Lisa was here. She tell me it will be okay cause I am little, and a fighter. I will adapt and never know the difference. It just a little sad for today.

Hi to everyone!

Mom's house seems to have been bustin' with kitten travel lately. Now it is my turn. I so happy to be healthy that I jumps and plays whenever I be awake. I am afraid of the pattern on the carpet, which is a little funny cause I leaps into the air whenever I step on it. Mom thinks my vision may not be too good, but I chase after a bright blue ribbon and pounce on it without trouble. I likes to nuzzle against my mom's neck and dream of my momcat still. Maybe someday she have a home, too. All the other kittens got homes today, so I am the only kitten unadopted right now, but I cannot go for awhile yet, so that be okay.
