Formula and new food

Mommy gave me some formula today but then took it away before I was even finished. How rude! I must get a better servant.

But as I was looking for my bottle, she brought out something else. It smelled yummy. She let me eat off of her fingers, it was so good, I had lots of food. Then she gave me a tiny plate and I ate it all up! It was so good. I wonder what it was. Perhaps I won't fire her yet...

New food = not yummy

I have successfully avoided being fed that nasty food Mommy keeps trying to give me all weekend! Even Daddy can't get me to eat it, heehee! Although Mommy is getting really tired, she is getting bags under her eyes, sometimes after she's fed me and I'm getting settled down to sleep, she falls asleep and Daddy puts me away. This weekend I woke Mommy up whenever I was hungry, and Daddy would grumble about it being too early. Mommy studied a lot this weekend, and she did a lot of laundry, I helped too! I walked all over the laundry she folded and made a mess, she said she appreciated my help.

Today Mommy tricked me into eating some nasty food. She put it on the bottle and I put my mouth on it and I got the food instead of milk! But it didn't taste too bad...I guess it's okay. She put some more on and I licked it off this time, it tasted different. It was yummier than I thought it would be, maybe I'll eat some more when she comes again.

Playing around

Today I had to wake up Mommy, so I decided to play my cardboard piano for her. I scratched very loudly and made sure I varied tempo so she would understand I was hungry. I also meowed too. Daddy was tired so Mommy waited until after she had fed me before making him get up. I helped too. Daddy always hits the snooze button a lot waking me up before he even gets up.

Mommy let me walk around on her, and I'm starting to jump. But she didn't even notice! She was too busy changing my litter box. I am much more important than a litter box. Mommy put me back in my cage right away and at first I was unhappy, I am the most important animal in her life. But then she came back and played with me some more before she had to leave.

When mommy came back to feed me, I showed her my new tricks, such as using her leg as a play toy, but she kept stopping me. I guess she didn't appreciate my claws digging into her leg.

Even daddy played with me too. Although every time I would get to his face to walk on it, he would move me back to his torso. I found it very tiresome after awhile. I'm glad mommy came back to feed me again. Anyway I'm tired and I think I'm going to take a little nap while mommy and daddy go out to do some errands.

Today I was found by Daddy and he brought me home to Mommy. Mommy and Daddy love me. I was scared at first, but Mommy is nice and she always feeds me when I'm hungry and makes sure that I am happy. I met Grandma, she has big hands compared to Mommy. I didn't want my formula at first since it wasn't the food I usually eat.

I sleep a lot and my box that I sleep in is very comfortable. I have many towels and comfortable places to rest on. I love sleeping under towels too and wrapping in them and I was very warm. I ate my formula very eagerly now since I was very hungry. I love it now. I love walking on Daddy's face too.

Mommy got me a heating pad to sleep with and it's very nice. I can sleep on top of towels now. I went on my first road trip with Mommy and Daddy. I'm glad Mommy was there, there were lots of scary looking people and one of them tried to pick me up and Mommy didn't like him. She told him to stop and he didn't listen but Mommy saved me anyway. I don't like that man. Mommy and Daddy brought me home and let me walk around and get more food. I originally slept in a box with a couple of towels, but now Mommy upgraded me to a cage with much more room where I have a litter box a place for my heating pad and another place to sleep on in case I get too hot.

Today Mommy just did some homework and played with me when I wasn't sleeping. It was fun, Mommy usually complains that my nails hurt her when I poke her with them. She doesn't realize that I just want to climb. Daddy doesn't mind at all. I usually interrupt his reading so he can pay attention to me. Who wants to read anyway?

Yesterday I used the litterbox like a normal kitty, although Mommy was happy, but Daddy didn't like that she put it my used litter box on the carpet. I also am starting to groom myself, at least my paws. Mommy appreciates that I can retract my claws and I don't poke her so much. I am eating more and more too. My favorite time is feeding time because Mommy always lets me a lot.
