Lost

Today Daddy let me out to play when Mommy wasn't home and he didn't watch me carefully. When Mommy came home and went to my cage she didn't see me at all. Mommy started getting really worried and asked Daddy where I was. Daddy said he didn't know and that I was in the living room. Mommy looked all over for me and started calling my name. She used the flash light and looked all over for me. She couldn't hear me or see me. She began crying and calling my name and looking in every single room.

She told Daddy he could never watch me again after this because he didn't listen to her and he said it wasn't his fault and that I'm not normally like this.

I wanted to hide at first and venture out but then I got scared nothing smelled familiar and every thing look different. Mommy kept calling me and worrying to death. Finally I started making my mewing noises letting her know where I was. She finally tracked where I was and I crawled out from under the bed. She picked me up and told me that she was too young to have grays in her hair and that she was so happy to see me and that she was so worried.

I began purring to let her know that I was okay and I'm glad she found me, and that I only wanted to play. She gave me some food and told me to be more careful next time and after some scritches and some loving put me in the cage. And said that she will play with me later and that she has already has enough stress tonight.

p.s. Daddy is in big trouble....he can never watch me again unless Mommy is there. I think Mommy is right, Daddy is too busy all of the time and Mommy plays with me and pets me and feeds me.

I am glad that I was found by Mommy. She is such a good Mommy.

Daddy's Gift to Mommy

Today Daddy got Mommy her birthday gift and it was a really pretty Pandora bracelet. She got a nice kitty charm for me! Since I'm her favorite daughter! heehee. Mommy really loves Daddy, she said that he is a good guy and I love him too. But I really love Mommy since she gives me all of my yummy food! Especially when I can walk over his face. Except he doesn't let me do that too much anymore.

Mommy let me run around again today although she says that I may need new non clumping litter whatever that is.

Mommy showed me my page today and I was more interested in playing around. But thank you everyone!

Meeting Grandma

Yesterday on Mommy's birthday I met my grandma again. Although I didn't remember her from the last time since I was so small. She kind of scared me but I knew that she was nice because Mommy was friendly with her and that she liked her.

Grandma did get me new toys! That was nice. I played with them as Mommy took pictures of me. She loves taking pictures of me, I think that is her favorite hobby.

Grandma's stomach growled because she was hungry as I was walking near her and it scared me! I was all bushed out, as much as I could seeing as my fur isn't that long or thick. But Grandma was very nice and said that she was happy that I was found by my Daddy.

Grandma is a nice lady but her cats were mean to me. I don't like them...they made this mean noise at me and I wasn't even doing anything wrong =[

Mommy says I'll see Grandma again soon when Mommy isn't so busy with everything.

Mommy's birthday and the vet!

Today is Mommy birthday, I think I hurt her feelings when she told me and I just walked away instead. So I'm making up for it now! I left her a nice stinky present for her. She said thank you but that it would have to be thrown out. Hmmphf!

For some reason whenever Mommy lets me out, she always has this rectangular thing out and it makes noises occasionally. But she always tells me to sit still, look cute, do something cute, this is for all of Mommy's friend. I don't know what it's for, but she is always wanting to something funny or cute. Sometimes she even has Daddy help her with the rectangular thing and she says oh I don't like that picture. I wonder what it is.


I guess I was bad today or something....Mommy...she put me in the carrier...and brought me to the vet =[

ALthough, it wasn't thaaaat bad. Dr. Hill my vet, said I was now 1.1 lbs and that I look good! Heehee. He also let me walk around and played with me that was fun. But then he brought out this round tube with a sharp point on it...I was afraid but Mommy was there so I laid down really still and didn't even make a peep becuase I knew mommy would be there to protect me and wouldn't let harm come to me at all.

He said Mommy is doing a good job on taking care of me and that he is happy that I've gained weight. He also said that I'll be back in three weeks...

Well I'm really tired and I'm going to have to go take a nap...

I'm getting bigger!

Mommy and Daddy measured me today, and she was surprised that I was 10 inches from my nose to the base of my tail. Heehee...I'm almost a foot yay!

Last night mommy was singing as she did her housework. Mommy is not a good singer, I love Mommy, but she needs to work on her singing.

Mommy gave me a new litterbox so that it's heavier and maybe I can't move it as easily...ha ha ha. I'm a strong kitty.

Yesterday Mommy was doing some paperwork, or it looked like it, and wouldn't pay attention to me. So I helped her along by knocking everything down so I could sort it too. Mommy didn't like that, and put me in my cage =[

Mommy brought out some box with a door that opens like my cage, except it's much smaller and doesn't look nearly as comfortable....I avoided that.

Mommy says that it's getting cooler and once the back room is cleared it can by my room since it won't get nearly as hot, and we can have heat in there too. I'm excited! Daddy says this weekend!

The TV

Yesterday Mommy was too busy watching her TV show to pay attention to me, I did everything to get her to pay attention to me. She and Daddy both fed me and played with me until her show came on and then Daddy said he would watch me so I could play around while she watched.

Her eyes were glued to the TV, I walked on her, I played with her fingers, and I climbed on her, but NOTHING would work. I think the TV needs to go. I'll tell it today that it needs to move and that this is my house now.

Daddy says I need a real litter box since I play around too much in mine now. But mommy thinks I'm acting like a big cat would, covering my business.

Mommy told me that I'm getting heavy and that I must be growing. She tried taking pictures of us yesterday but I wanted to play nad run around. I like her hair, it's a new toy for me! heehee.

My wet food

Today Mommy tried to beat me to waking up, but when she came into the room I was already up heehee! Last Daddy fed me, but I was confused...why isn't Mommy feeding me?

She came and fed me really late at night but she let me run around and play. She and Daddy tried to take a picture of us together but I wanted to play! She gave up after the first picture, teehee.

This morning Mommy came in looking tired, but she fed me and I ate! I was hungry, even though she fed me around 11 last night, and it was 5 now.

My food needs to be fresh and cold! The other day Mommy was moving stuff, and it looks like she hit her eye. She wouldn't let me get too close to her face like she normally does saying she didn't want me to step on her face. I hope she feels better soon.

Mommy says that I'm making a mess of my litter pan too much! But she still loves me =] I'm going to go play when she comes home.

Litter box, and maybe a new room

Today Mommy said my poop was stinky and that she almost passed out. How rude, I can't help it. I'm sure hers stinks too. Mommy let me run around this morning as she was changing everything in my cage. She said that I need to stop knocking everything out of my litter box since it's making a mess and she can't always make it perfect before she has to go to classes/work.

Mommy says I'm getting big and she is excited that I'm getting big. She is hoping I become a big happy cat, but a healthy one too. Daddy wants to move me into the back room and let me have the entire room instead of being in a cage. Mommy said that she doesn't want me in the back until it's kitten proof. I like that idea, having a big room all to myself! Mommy said she is going to get me a new litter box that is heavier since I play too much in mine...but it's so much fun!

I go to the vet on Friday =[ I'm not excited.

Running around

Mommy let me run around some more today, although everything looked different I couldn't run in my little nooks and crannies like she had let me before. She blocked all of them and I wasn't interested in running around anymore.... =[ She is a being terrible servant. She says she's doing it for my own good...but I don't think so...She is obviously trying to ruin my fun, I must tell her that she is being silly. I want to go where I want to go and that's how it should be.

I also ate all of my food in my saucer when mommy had to go somewhere. She says she's proud and that I'm growing so big! She and Daddy always coo and say how cute I am. Of course I'm cute! I'm Duchess.

Yummy Food

Today Mommy gave me more of that yummy food! I've eaten so much I'm becoming a dumpling! But Mommy makes sure I don't eat too much, I guess it just looks like a lot.

Mommy and Daddy rearranged my cage today and it's more open, but I still sleep in it when they aren't around. Mommy took out my doggy toy since I kept beating it up and I put it in the litterbox where I pooped. she said it needed to be cleaned. I can't wait to have it back so I can beat it up some more.

Mommy and Daddy let me walk all over the living room and explore I had so much fun! Running from here to there, and climbing! I climbed up the couch and even climbed up Mommy's leg. She didn't like that, she said it hurt. And I played with my turtle toy. Every time I kill it, it pops back up alive and I have to kill it again. It just won't die! I kill it at least 5 times a day. It was so fun to wander around and have fun, but eventually mommy put me back into the cage when she and Daddy had to leave. But I had fun and Mommy says she's going to rearrange the living room for me!
