Zoey and I have this new fun game we play in the morning. It is called "Is it time yet?". We get up around 4am but breakfast isn't served until 5. So we have an hour to play before we eat. First we have to wake up Mommy to let her know we are up. She has carpeted pet steps going up on the side of her bed. First I take my paw and try to get her covers off. Mommy looks at her watch and tells me it isn't time yet. So I run off and play. Then I pop back up on the steps and Mommy tells me we have 30 minutes yet. In a little bit Zoey pops up on the stairs and Mommy says we still have 20 minutes.
This is a very fun game! We do this the whole hour. Zoey and I take turns on the steps. Just before 5am we both show up on the steps and we wait for Mommy's watch alarm to go off because that means IT IS TIME!! Then Mommy asks Zoey if she is hungry and Zoey answers a high pitched "meow"! And Mommy asks me if I'm hungry and I answer a definite "MeoW"! Then we all 3 run down the stairs, Zoey and I faster than Mommy. And we EAT!!
Mommy thinks we are very cute playing this game but she is sure one day she will regret it because once you start this you have to play it every morning. MOL!
I want to ask catsters to please purr really hard for our beautiful little friend Genny (The Generator) who is fighting for her young life.
Of course we always keep our Uncle Tigger and Auntie Mercy in our thoughts because we love them so very much.
Oooh, that's a fun game! I sometimes take it a step further by nipping on mommy's exposed limbs- that gets her out of bed pretty quickly!
Thanks for telling us about Genny- we are purring for her!
What a fun game you play. My Mawmee would never want to get up that early! You've got a pawsome Mommy! We're purring for sweet little Genny too!
I am so happy to hear about your fun games! Don't trip mommy running down the stairs!
We did hear about sweet little Genny and are purring for her. Thanks for keeping me and Tigger in your thoughts, kiddos!
I like that game that you two play. I wish my Mommy had steps that we could race up and down but I bet clumsy Mommy would fall down...MOL.
Thank you for mentioning my little sister Genny. We love Mercy and Tigger and they are in our prayers too.
