I'm a fighter and a biter

My furriends Kitty P and Indy gave my Angel Ivan a giftie. I dreamt about him and he sent headbutts to them as a thank you.

Back down here I've been bad. Furry bad. You see, mama was touching my feet and I furgot to give her a warning. I didn't like it.. At all... So I jumped up and bit her super duper hard on the bicep. She yelled at me and flung me off but I think I hurt her. She put me in a headlock to try and show me she's boss. It didn't work, MOL! I squirmed and threatened to beat her up again. Then she kicked me out of the room and I went to sulk.

About an hour later we went to bed and I realized I needed momcat to snuggle with. So I kissed and made up with her. I even kissed her wounds I made on her arm. Mama says it has a bruise and the skin broke from my teeth - whoops! Guess I have to be more careful.

Mama said she furgot to put my calming collar on, MOL. That'll show her!

My papa is gone and I've been looking for him. But then mama tells me he's coming back soon and I'm better.

Just hangin' around

Nothing much new here, just been hanging around and chasing squirrels from indoors. I still have my calming collar which definitely takes an edge off me. I don't scratch and bite mama and papa as much they say. But sometimes I still want to, just not as much. It's so good seeing all my furriends on Catster, I've been dying to tell you about the cat abuse I've been going through!

The pawrents left me alone for not one, but 1.5 days!! The problem with that is my wet food does not automatically dispense! I guess that's what the pawrents are for I suppose. So they gave me a whole can and then starved me fur a day. I was so hissed that I ignored papa when they finally got home. I got over it when the food can cracked open though and then I chowed down. After that I've been loving on my papa alllllll the time.

My calming collar

I got my calming collar in the mail the other day and I was furry excited. The package had my name on it and everything!! It smell great and momcat takes it off when we go to bed. It seems to be working so far and I have no complaints. I look like a badbutt because the collar has pirate skulls on it, MOL.

My outdoor adventure

This morning momcat opened the back door for me so I could have fresh air to hunt in. Then she said to herself, "aw Sparky's sniffing outside" and then she said "OMC Sparky's outside!". And my outdoor adventure began!

I didn't know what to do so I did what all the other animals do out there. I ran around sniffing under things around things and everywhere else. I decided to try what the squirrels do. I climbed up one tree about 4 feet, then came down. Found another tree and then came down. The pawrents were shaking treats and trying to corner me but I'm too smart for that.

Then I walked down the street because that's what all the dogs do around here. It was ok but kind of boring. Finally I ran towards the house and momcat was sweet talking me. I couldn't hear her but then she said I looked at her differently and all of a sudden I could hear the bag of crunchies she was shaking at me! I came running for crunchies but I didn't want to be caught. I wanted to play outside some more! But that's the price I paid for getting crunchies I guess.

Once I came in and got more crunchies, I mewed at the back door to see if they would let me back out again for more fun. They said no. Meeeeeew!

Me, shopping?

Well my furriends have been raving about the Calming Collars that have helped Indy and HL be in better moods and calm down. Well, momcat checked it out and thought it was a good idea for me because she thinks I have anxiety which makes me bite and carry on.

Well, she ordered it and literally not even 1 minute after, I was on my stand. I started howling and meowing at nothing. Momcat came over to see if there were bugs or something I was catching. Nope, just lashing out at... myself. I don't know how to explain it but I was not in a good mood. Momcat said "Now i know we made the right decision on the collar!"

So my order is in and the nice lady is even making it specially fur my neck size. It was so easy and I picked out the badbutt pirate themed fabric because I'm a badbutt. MOL

Busy!

I've been furry busy battling the heat and squirrels here that I haven't been able to paw my diary. I have a question though, did we authorize Dogster to charge our paypal accounts when we signed up the first year? They took a debit out of my pawrents' account but momcat was wondering what you do if you want to leave? We're not going to but I know a lot of furs aren't happy and this just seemed strange.

Anyhoo, back to my life. Mama had a portabello mushroom the other day and I was furry interested. She was done so she invited me to sniff because she knew I wouldn't like it. Well, I licked it, bit it and ran off with the whole piece! She came after me (cause I'm on a special diet) and I growled like I had my most precious possession. Well mama backed off and papa saw through it all. He grabbed the mushroom and put just a small piece in my bowl. I was upset because I wanted the whole thing but, I'll take what I can get. I don't want the crystals again, that's fur sure. They hurt, I don't recommend them.

A zealie!

I'm so furry excited because I won a zealie in Hazel Lucy's Where's Hazel game!! It was super hard and fun because HL loves to keep us entertained and does an oh so good job at it, unless she's busy puking that is. MOL. Keep it down HL please.

I'm going to go shopping and give a fur that doesn't have many gifties a present. Of course I can't tell when my zealies renew b/c HQ doesn't put that on there anymore - booo!

Fix it!!

Ok furs. I use Chrome and I've been patient enough but I can't take it anymore! When I try to send a gifty it asks if I want to make a kitty connection. No! I want to send a gifty! It takes me an average of 5 times clicking the button just to go to the right place!

Mama told me she's pretty furrious because she works on websites. She says they just need to map it better, whatever that means. Then the buttons will work better. We've been patient and patient but it's furrustrating!!

Plus, when new people visit Catster, they just think it's advice and stuff. They have no clue there's a whole community lurking under here! We love Catster so we love to brag about it, come on Catster let's do some bragging!!

Well I've been patient waiting for good changes but I'm furrustrated if you couldn't tell. I'm going to the scratcher to get some of this energy out.

Furriends are the best

My furriends are starting to come back! They've been moving and on vacations, having browser issues and whatnot but they're coming back! The only one really missing is my buddy Platelicker. He has the coolest name doesn't he?

My girl Kitty P. and Indy moved recently but they had time to play this game. They've been so busy exploring and fighting I don't know how they had time to write, MOL. And Chef Guido has a fruit recipe momcat says sounds divine. I think I'm related to Guido cause I love pasta sauce. If anyfur has a good nickname for me let me know. Cause mama said Guido was already taken, MOL.

Ok here goes with the questions:
1. Do you ever wake your parent up in the night?
Only if I get cold and want to get under the covers. I sleep under the covers all night long in the winter to stay warm. I'm a user they say.

2. Do you ever tear up things?
If something yummy like bread is left on the counter I'll eat through the plastic to get to the yummy goodness. And I do like to chew plastic.

3. What is your favorite treat?
My crunchies. I think they're treats but they're not. I think they're heaven though and I come sprinting at the sound of the bag.

4. Can you fetch something when asked to do so?
Um, besides my attitude? I walk around with Duckie and my blanket but that's not on command. That's when I'm decorating.

5. Have you ever lived any place other than where you live now?
I lived at the shelter for over 3 years and before that I was on the street and probably in somebody else's house. Thanks fur reading.

Chrome?

Fur all my furriends having browser issues, have you tried Google Chrome? I haven't had a single Catster issue and it's a LOT better than Internet Explorer is. Give it a try and let me know if that helps you.
