It's been a while since I wrote about he new litterbox experiment. We still has them but we had to move them both in the basement cuz Mr. Spot was IP' ing everywhere. He just did not like it and wouldn't use it. We still had the other litterbox in the livingroom but it didn't seem to matter. He is happy now that he has both "his" litterboxes. He doesn't go into the basement very much (cuz he is sooooo fat--hehehe).
Ingen and I go downstairs lotsa times. I likes it down there cuz nobody bothers me, especially the puppy. He still chases me all the time but he doesn't go downstairs so I have some peace. I don't mind Ingen. She never "bothers" me. She is my kitty. I loves her alot.
Jen takes us kitties out everyday that it is nice. I loves going outside. Sometimes I just stays out by myself (from Jen--Baby doesn't know that I am watching her through the window and she doesn't stay outside "alone" very long). Jen knows I'm not gonna try and escape. When I am ready to come inside I just bangs on the door and Jen lets me in.
She never leaves Ingen outside by herself cuz she is always trying to escape. You gotta watch that little one like a hawk. I helps with watching Ingen. When she goes near the gate, I goes with her, just to make sure she doesn't get out. I don't understand why she wants to escape. It's scary outside of the backyard. There are so many peoples and doggies and cars. I am happy to stay in the backyard. I only have one puppy to deal with there.
OK, I'm done

Jen got us a new litter box a while back. It is kinda funny cus it doesn't have litter in it. It has these pellet things and a "diaper" that goes on the bottom. Well the first day we got it, Jen was in the bathroom (where the new litterbox is) and all us kitties had a meeting with her about it. Mr. Spot and Ingen just walked around and sniffed it. They weren't really sure about it. I looked at it, sniffed it then jumped in and did my business. I give it a kitty paw UP. It is not bad. It takes a little getting used to, not having to cover my business, but I have other things to do anyways.
We still have the old litter boxes too. We have 5 around the house. I still have not done any poopies in the new box. I use the old litter boxes for that but we'll see. Jen just replaced another of our old litterboxes with the new one.
Ok, I'm done
FROM JEN--The BREEZE is a little expensive at first but saves $$$ in the long run. It also seems less messy for me and the kitties. You only have to change the pellets once a month or so. You just scoop the poopies into the toilet and the "diaper" has lasted about 2 weeks. I have 3 kitties and I'm not sure who or how many are using the new litter box. It is an experiment and Baby and I will keep you posted as to how it goes.

It has been sooo nice outside. No snow, just warm sunshine. Jen gets up and we all goes outside. I like going outside but I don't like going outside with Bear. Every time he comes in my direction I run back inside the house. When I'm outside, I make sure he is far away and I run really fast. Sometimes he still chases me, and I hate that. It scares me and I yell at him "LEAVE ME ALONE!"
When Jen goes inside the house, we all goes in wif her. I don't fuss or complain cuz I know we will go outside again. I think Jen likes going outside wif us as much as we likes going outside.
Ok, I'm done.

If you've read the others diaries, you will see that they went outside in the SNOW. I saw them going outside so I did too. BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE!! I stepped outside, saw the snow and went right back inside. Now, I miss going outside too, but not enough to want to hang out in the cold and wet. What is wrong with them?!?!
Ok, I'm done.

OH MY CATS, can you believe what they did to me!?!?! First they shoved me in the crate and took me in the car, then they had strangers handling me and for WHAT? To clip my nails. It was horrible. BUT I made them pay for it. I cried and scratched and bit the meanie trying to cut my nails. Do you know what he did then? He put a muzzle and an e-collar on me. He got help and they finally finished torturing me. I put up a heck of a fight but what can one poor kitty do when dealing with 2 men, a muzzle and an e-collar. They won the battle THIS time but....wait until next time.
Right now I am not even speaking to "the servants" cuz they started all this. I had to sneak onto the computer when Jen was out to tell everyone what they did to me.
Ok, I'm done.

If you've read Mr. Spot and Ingen's diaries you already know that they went outside. I was THINKING about it but then Jen got tired of waiting and closed the door. That was just plain RUDE. Just cuz it takes me a minute or ten to decide whether I want to go outside doesn't mean Jen should decide for me. I mean it has been a long time since I went outside, and I do miss going outside, but it was still kinda cold. When Jen opened to door to let Mr. Spot in I went outside but then that puppy came up to me so I quickly went back inside.
I'm still not sure about that puppy. Mostly I stay up high and watch. When I come down I run really fast and he chases me. The other kitties seem to be ok with him, but I don't like him chasing me.
Ok, I'm done.

I mentioned that I like to go outside. I am a good girl and happy to just lounge about in the back yard. I am safe there (except for 'our' puppy). Well, lately it is cold and it's been raining alot here. I don't like to go outside in the cold and wet. I hope this doesn't last too long. I miss outside.
Yesterday we kitties got a special treat, but don't tell my "owner". Jen sneaked us TUNA!!! It was wonderful! I like my canned food but TUNA, it is to die for. Jen feeds us canned food even though the "owner" says I shouldn't get any. She says I am fat! Imagine that, ME FAT! I am not fat. I weigh a svelte 10 lbs. That is not fat. I agree with Jen, I gained a couple of pounds cuz I got spayed, not because of eating canned food. I am healthy and fast. I can play with my kitty, Ingen. I am still light on my feet. I AM NOT FAT!
Ok, I'm done.

I just don't understand people. I like to go upstairs to my mom's room and pick up her socks. I take them downstairs and decorate the living room floor and furniture with them. I think it gives the room a special "BABY" touch. WELL, lately mom has been keeping the door closed so I can't get to her socks. What is with that?
I also like to run my claws through mom's books (she goes to college). She doesn't seem to like when I do that either. What am I supposed to do? I can't decorate the house and I can't "read" the books.
Today is a rainy day so I can't go outside. It rained all nite long. Ho Hum. It's a yucky day for us kitties. No outside. We like outside but not when it's raining.
Last nite I slept on Jen. Ingen and Bear also slept with her but they were on the bed. Jen sleeps on her side and has such a comfy hip for me to drape over or curl up on.

Hello,
Jen told me I had to write something in this diary, so here I am. I'm not really into writing or the computer but I guess I can come up with something.
I have a little kitten/cat named Ingen. She is the cutest little thing. We sleep together. We eat together and we even pester Jen for her food together. I protect her from Spot.
The only thing I won't do is protect her from Bear. That darn puppy chases all of us kitties. I'll just being lounging around and he comes over and starts pawing at me. I hiss and swat at him but I don't use my claws. He is just a baby. I hope he stops all of this when he finishes growing. When he is all done growing, if he still bothers me, maybe then I will use my claws.
My favorite food is canned food. I also like lunch meat. I don't get it as much as I deserve but...I do love my canned food.
My mama says I am a sneaky cat. Yesterday there was some bratwurst on the counter. I knocked it off and Ingen and I were eating it. Jen saw us and tried to take it but Bear beat her to it and ran behind the couch with it. She finally got it from Bear and took all us kitties outside and gave us some. I don't think I was sneaky. Nobody was looking and those meats was just sitting there. What's akitty supposed to do? Just ignore it--I don't think so!
Ok, I'm done.

This is the servant writing the first entry into Baby's diary. Baby is actually my neice's cat. Baby and her "owner" (now isn't that a joke--cat's do NOT have owners) live with me.
Baby moved in with me in August 2008. She was 2 yrs. old. She has already had a bit of a whirl wind life. My neice, Sam, got her at a flea market in Michigan. Then they moved to Washington state for a year and a half. Baby and Sam, flew back to Michigan--Baby in cargo! Baby, then lived in a store Sam's mom owned but she has this annoying habit of knocking things off shelves. Sam asked if Baby could come and live with us, I agreed.
While in Washington, Baby had two little kitties living with her. They stayed behind when she moved back to Michigan. Within a week of Baby moving in here, I found a little kitten with no mama on my porch. I brought her in and Baby adopted her. Baby allowed Ingen to suckle. She grooms "her" kitten and taught her everything. They are cats and they have different personalities but Ingen is Baby's kitty. Sam and I have vowed that the two will never be separated.
Until March 2009, my american eskimo, Igo, lived here also (I had to put him to sleep due to old age). He tolerated the cats but he didn't play with them. After Igo died, Spot came to live with us. Spot is a big boy, weighing in at 13 pounds. He tries to play with Ingen but when he gets too rough, Baby will terrorize him. She is very protective of her kitty.
Baby has such personality. She can hold a grudge for days. If she is angry with you, she will ignore you and she will make sure you KNOW that she is ignoring you. She will walk by you and when you look at her, she will turn her head and walk away. She will also let you know when she wants your attention. She wakes me up by knocking things off my dresser. When I cleared everything off my dresser she started thumping the clock cord until I woke up. She always finds something to use to wake me up. If I close the door she just scratches at it until I come out. Baby will NOT be ignored! I've given up trying--she wins.
