On the good road

I was poked and jabbed and they took my blood and gave me an IV and shot me with antibiotics. I had to stay in that awful cage and people gave me yucky foods and they were all strangers. They flushed out my nose with liquids to make sure I had nothing caught in there. That made me mad, mad, mad.

Male Human stopped by. I could here him but, he left me and he didn't visit me. The Dr. said he wanted to keep me longer and make sure I was doing OK.

The good news was all my blood work was class A. The only thing it indicated is that, I had an infection. $125.00 for the tests. I could have told them that. My nose was so full, I could not smell. I refused food and water. After I got more IV's Girl Human came and took me back to the Junction.

I was hungry, mad and tired. Girl Human said, I was just like Male Human when he came home from the hospital. Grouchy Grouch. I went into the bottom of a cat tree and went to sleep and did not get up until 11 a.m. the next day. I was super hungry.

Girl Human mixed me a nice smelly meal and I ate a little. She was so happy. I returned in an hour and ate more. I then returned to my hide out and stayed there until 7 p.m.. I ate some more yummy food and Girl Human gave me a few pieces of her steak. I am now settling in for more sleepy time.

Have to go to Vet in early morning.

I'm normally not a kitty who complains but Girl Human thought I would be feeling better over the weekend. but I'm rattleing in my sinuses and I have been feeling OK though. Girl Human ck'ed my teeth and lymph nodes and temp. and all seems normal. But I'm feeling bad tonight. I purr and want to eat but don't. Girl Human tried kitty milk, baby food, and reg. milk and watered down canned foods. Since I can't smell I will not eat. I'm tired and want to sleep but breathing is hard. I don't have labored breathing just the rattled sound. My nose is not running or my eyes. I have sneezed a few times but not much. I have not eaten since yesterday and I'm hungry.
Girl Human said she will be up at 6 a.m., so she can take me to the ve ASP. The Dr. doesn't come in til 8. but the office opens at 7. She is worried about me and I keep nudging her and telling her I'm not happy but I will be OK til morning. No vets on Sunday is so hard on us kitties.
Cross paws for me. Girl Human will give an update as soon as she knows anything.

Well this year I am 13 years old.

This year Girl Human is here to celebrate. No more working that awful 3rd shift at that stupid place that keeps her away from us all the time.

OMG and thank goodness to Catster's notice, Girl Human will not miss it.

She can make me a cake as she will be here allllllll Dayyyyyy Long.

Another Year

The Junction had a Birthday and Girl Human missed it. Well now I can still be a Handsome young ManCat for another year. Happy Birthday to Meeeeeee!!!!!
