With their blue eyes and wide range of fur colors, Ragdoll kittens can be adorable additions to all types of families. They’re affectionate and enjoy trailing you around the house or curling up on your lap.

Whether you’ve never heard of this breed or have been dying to add one to your home for ages, there’s a wide range of breeders available. For Ragdoll lovers in Washington State, the following list will introduce you to WA-based catteries that focus solely on Ragdoll kittens.

The 9 Ragdoll Kitten Breeders in Washington

1. Gentletouch Ragdolls

This is a small cattery based in Kent, Washington. Gentletouch Ragdolls are registered with The International Cat Association (TICA) and pride themselves on breeding healthy Ragdoll kittens with bubbling personalities.

While they focus primarily on kittens, they also have adult cats available. Their kittens are socialized and spayed/neutered before purchase. They screen their stock’s DNA for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and check their blood for feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV).


2. Diamond Lake Ragdolls

Diamond Lake Ragdolls is a small, in-home cattery in Newport, WA. They’re registered with TICA, and their kittens are fully socialized and screened for health issues.

If you can’t collect your kitten in person, they offer a limited delivery service. For an extra fee, they ship to Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR. Deliveries to California and other locations in the U.S. are possible as well, although they do cost a little extra.


3. Oh My Stars Ragdolls

Owned and operated by a veterinarian, Oh My Stars Ragdolls is a TICA-registered cattery based in Buckley, WA. They make sure their stock is healthy through screenings for HCM and polycystic kidney disease (PKD). Pedigree papers are included with their service.

Since they’re raised around a family, these kittens are well-socialized and familiar with other cats and children.


4. Bakerview Rags

Bakerview Rags focuses on “pairing families with the perfect kitten.” Before they moved to Washington State, they were originally based in British Columbia and called Whiterockrags. Their kittens live in both Canada and the U.S., particularly Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. They also offer a shipping service to make sure your new kitten makes it home.

The kittens that they offer come in a variety of colors, from traditional seal, chocolate, tortoise, cinnamon, and red to non-traditional mink and blue-eyed white. These cats are bred to be intelligent and loving.


5. Osoragdolls

Osoragdolls is a TICA-registered breeder specializing in a wide range of colors. Their kittens include ultra-rare lilac, seal, cinnamon, fawn, cream, blue, and chocolate. Available patterns include traditional, mitted, and bicolor.

The cats are screened for HCM and PKD1, and Osoragdolls supplies papers validating the healthiness of their stock. Spaying/neutering, vaccinations, and other vet exams are also included in the asking price.


6. Lapdolls

Since they’re raised around other cats, dogs, and children, Lapdolls Ragdolls are fully socialized for a wide range of families. As a breeder registered with TICA and the Cat Fanciers’ Association (CFA), Lapdolls offers kittens with traditional markings, whether they’re bicolor or mitted.

Their cats are screened for health issues and DNA tested, and Lapdolls has kittens available in both Washington and Oregon.


7. Riverside Rags

TICA and CFA-registered Riverside Rags raise their Ragdoll kittens with love and care. Their stock may be bred as indoor-only cats, but they are also fully screened for HCM, PKD, FeLV, FIV, and hypertension.

Along with receiving their first vaccinations, their kittens are spayed/neutered and are accompanied by a health certificate supplied by a qualified veterinarian. Riverside Rags also offers adult Ragdolls.


8. SnugglePuff Ragdolls

SnugglePuff Ragdolls’ TICA registered stock is regularly tested and vetted. All of their kittens are fully vaccinated, wormed, and spayed/neutered by the time that they’re purchased. You also receive a complete health record from a veterinarian.

Based in Newport, WA, the kittens are socialized with both dogs and children. There is also a variety of kitten colors available. Whether you’re looking for chocolate, cinnamon, lilac, blue, or seal, you’re bound to find a new family member to adore.


9. Masterpiece Ragdolls

While Masterpiece Ragdolls mainly works with clients in the Olympia/Lacey area, they hire a flight nanny for longer trips to places as far as New York or Florida. The cats are screened for health issues and genetic abnormalities to ensure a completely healthy litter.

Alongside their i -depth health checks, Masterpiece Ragdolls makes sure their kittens are cherished and socialized before sending them to their new home. They are pedigree and available in mink and traditional patterns.
