Artist Amy Beth Geerling Payne has been painting cats wearing clothing since 1999. The Michigan native opened her Supah Etsy shop in 2005, and has been dishing out fun works of feline-inspired art ever since.
The hallmark of Supah’s collection is her Highly Professional Business Cats, which appear on notecards, a calendar, and charm necklaces. All of Geerling Payne’s business kitties have their own names and personalities, and all of the necklace charms are hand-drawn, so no two are exactly alike.
Amy Beth also creates kooky products such as fun, pudgy-kitten button sets. And if you’re interested in commissioning a painting of your own cat or dog dressed up, she does that, too! I love the special touches she adds to her work, like the hand-drawn charms and the addition of “Taco Tuesday” reminders inside each of her calendars.
Whether you’re looking for a last-minute gift (she’s still accepting orders!) or you want to treat yourself, Supah’s kitties are just what you need to let people know that you’re in the business — of having fun! Check out Amy Beth’s Etsy shop for even more cute and quirky feline-inspired merch.
