Hi efurryone! A quick update--we don't get to log in much since mom is working full time, going to school full time, and working on a little side business as well :) But we check in periodically so we can try to keep up with all our kittypals!

I have had a nonhealing corneal ulceration. It lasted several months, and ended with me going to a veterinary opthalmologist. I had a few different procedures, but it finally started healing. I have some weird scar tissue mom's keeping an eye on, but we're just thankful it's not hurting me and keeping me from seeing any more!
Otherwise I've just been involved in my favorite things--eating and sleeping!

Sister Ava Grace is herself--for better or worse, MOL! She eats the mailman, anyone who comes in the house to fix anything (like the cable guy!) and even worse, the vet! I mean, I don't like to go either but she's pretty scary when she goes!
But at home, with Mom, she's her regular sweet, fuzzy, affectionate self. Mom says it's just because she has a "Tortie attitude", whatever that means.

And last but not least, brother Cole is a huge mess. He's into everything, on everyone, has the crazies more than any other cat I've ever seen...but whenever I look at him I see my brother Turtle. He's sooo much like him I think Turtle picked him for us so it wouldn't hurt so bad. He loves to play like Turtle did, and he likes a good head scratch....well, until he decides he needs to play again!

Anyway, just wanted to stop in and update you all :) Headbutts, big purrs, and warm fuzzies!

PS-Happy birthday, Turtle. I miss you...sometimes I sit in places you liked to sit, even though they're not places I would normally go. Love you!

I have a sniffly, sneezy thing that I think came from my sisfur. Darn her! It doesn't seem to bother me TOO much, but man it's annoying! Oh well, it could always be worse, right?

I had my checkup a couple of days ago...I got a clean bill of health except the vet said I was a "chunk." Well, excuse me for having big bones! Is it such a bad thing to enjoy my food? Sheesh. Give a guy a break!

Mom does say something about "diabeetus" though, so she's cutting back my treats. Boy, does that make me cranky. I NEED my treats to...well, I'm not sure why, but I JUST DO.

Aaaaanyway. It's starting to thunder a little, so maybe we'll get some rain to cool it off a little!

Sorry that Mom fails at updating for us...at least we're hitting a couple of times a year, right?

It's been pretty sad lately, since my brofur died this weekend. Mom is wondering if she should help another homeless kitty, but feels bad because Turtle just went to the bridge. Of course he can never be replaced, but Mom can help another kitty and love them too.

Mom is looking into pet insurance for Ava Grace and I, since she's so freaked out by Turtle's sudden sickness. Anyone have any experience in pet insurance? Message her and help her out! You know peoples-they're clueless, MOL!

Hi all!
It is still furry cold outside! We got a few inches of snow for Christmas and it's pretty to look at, but I would NOT want to go out in it! I just hope all the outside kitties in the neighborhood have somewhere warm to go.

I'm gonna go curl up on Mom's electric blanket. She got it for Christmas and I think I've used it more than she has! It's okay, it basically belongs to me and my sibs like everything else in the house.

Hi efurryone! Nobody probably even REMEMBERS us because Mom FAILS as our communications liason.

We've been furry busy lately though (like that's a good excuse, MOM). We had to move to a new house, but we don't mind because we can go outside safely to keep an eye on stuffs. And Mom went back to school so she can be successful someday.

So we're really sorry it's been so long. We hope you all had a furry wonderful Christmas and that efurryone is doing well. We'll do our best to check in from time to time!

It's a very sad time.

We have not been on Catster very much lately because Mom rarely has time to help us with the computer, but we got on to some very horribly sad news.

Our furriends Buddie, McKenna, and Wally have gone to the Rainbow Bridge.

I know it's a wonderful place but you know, I just want to be selfish and keep them here with their furparents and us, their earthly furfriends, just a little longer. But Mom reminds me that they were sick and hurting and now they're healthy and whole and happy again.

So in that case, until we meet again, wonderful furfriends. We love you and your families.
