Arrival Story:
When our roommate's cat moved out, Sadie got very sad. We went to the pound and this giant black cat who was missing an ear got our attention. We left that day without a cat, and both of us thought of Clyde (then named Valentine) all day. By the end of the day, we had gone back to the pound to get our Clyde right before closing time.

Bio:
Someone burned his ear off, and the pound told us that bad things often happen to black cats especially on Halloween -- keep those black kitties in that night! You'd think he'd be skittish after that experience, but he's really loving and affectionate. Clyde got very attached to our roommate, Tracy, and when she moved out, he decided to go with her. They live happily ever after in her new condo. :) Nothing seems to scare him -- he's a tough boy!
