I think I was hot on the trail of some dangerous creature...uh, OK...maybe it was a boxelder bug...

Look at that tail. It looks like a bottle brush!

You look great.

Wow, you have really interesting fur, Socks. On your back it almost looks ticked like my fur. Except in greys. And your stripey legs are very elegant.

The striping is mostly because of the way I'm crouched; it's not very noticeable otherwise. The Mama finds it interesting that my back legs are so much longer than my front - I look like a miniature mountain lion to her.

MOL! Figures Zach would come up with a car comparison!

Well, that's what I see. A grey metallic Nova with white racing strips, drag tires on the back and a statue of Mother Mary glued to the dash. Oh and throw in burgundy velor head liner and dash cover with some dingleballs hanging down.

Btw wheres you wheelie bar? No wait, that's your tail.

Its official...you make me see a show car when I look at you You officially get the Zach Certified Man Card.

Wow - thanks Zach! It all sounds good, except for the dingleballs - too distracting; and make it a Ganesha on the dashboard: maker and remover of obstacles - good guy to have on one's side. ;)

I think tabby stripes and ticking come from the same genes, or something like that. You know that breed the Egyptian Mau? They have longer back legs than front. And they run really fast- they're kind of known as speed demons, always running around. Maybe you have some Egyptian Mau in you.
Zach, I see you as an Aston Martin, being Bond. What kind of car would I be? I can't think of anything.

Egyptian Mau, huh? I like the sound of that - The Mama will have to remember it in case she wants to use it later...
And for you, Toki - I think it should be something classy and convertible - it's the hat - you look like you should be tooling around the English countryside with your ascot floating on the breeze.

About 10 years ago, a friend of moms had a Lexus Coupe that was the prettiest rusty color, it just glowed in the sun. Man that car was sexy.
A real attention getter for sure

When mom gets home send you a pick of one.

Is that for Toki? He's waiting for you to suggest his car...

Ya that's for Toki. And I can definitely see the ascot blowing in the wind.

Heh- cool! I would do that: drive around with my ascot blowing back in the breeze. Like Toad from the Wind in the Willows! :)
Egyptian Mau is a really ancient breed. I bet long ago, one of your royal Mau grandfathers had an affair with a runaway street cat :P
They are silver grey with a spotted tabby pattern. And those long back legs just make them look like they are born to run. I bet they have a hard time hitting the brakes once they get going!
