You look very pretty and statuesque! Quite regal, too!
My dad used to say things to me like "You look like a statue" because I'd just sit and stare at him without moving.
I think I was hinting to him to play because there were times when I would follow him, and he'd look back at me, and I'd stand still as a statue to show him I wasn't following at all (even though I was!).
Then he'd walk a little further, and look back at me, and of course I had followed him too but when he'd look, I would stay as still as a statue. And we would go on with this game till he could not stop laughing!
Other times he’d be taking a home movie of me and I would not move and he’d say “You look like a statue” again! (He thought home movies were supposed to show something that was moving!).
