We currently have 2 all-black cats and one tuxedo. At one time we’ve had 5 black cats plus the tuxedo. Black is just a fur color, although it freaks some people out, which is always enjoyable. Our Sabrina is 20, all black and a Leo – the cat’s cat! –and she knows it. We love ALL cats and will probably adopt more soon.
I’ve had 5 black cats, 2 are still with me today. Chica and Leo. I have 7 cats right now and the two coal cats are the most affectionate cats we have now. The other 3 were just as loving. I’m pretty sure they know they’re special so they purposefully charm their way into their humans. Omgosh the are off the charts adorable!
I work in an animal shelter in the UK where black cats are overlooked, I have 4 of my own and they are the most affectionate and loving cats I have ever owned.
I’ve had two black cats and I still have one and he is the most affectionate loving and silly cat that I have ever seen.
I specifically got a black cat for the reasons that they are widely overlooked. I’ve had cats all my life – but this is the 1st time I’ve had a black cat. My black cat Jax is the most affectionate, cuddling type of cat I have ever had and I love him to pieces! I strongly recommend people do the research- black cats are AMAZING!!
