Things you didn’t know about Paola:

  • Paola is passionate about conservation, she spent many weeks camping on the beach and walking all night to protect marine turtles and their nests.
  • Paola’s maternal grandfather was a great influence on her, he showed her how to take care of hens and roosters, how to love dogs, and how to hold a bunny. And while her father’s dad had passed by the time she was born, his National Geographic magazine collection inspired her curiosity and passion for nature and travel, he was also a vet, an equine vet.
  • Paola’s unfulfilled dream is still to own her own horse, she still has faith that one day the star will align.
