Many conventional and online retailers favor Fido when it comes to hawking high-design products, with a narrow focus on dog-themed stuff. Not Fab. This style-savvy site is refreshingly equal op-paw-tunity and Fluffy-friendly. Every Thursday starting at 4 p.m. PST, Fab celebrates pets with its evening sales, offering up irresistible animal-themed items, including several aimed at fab felines and their cool-cat humans. Just how irresistible? They're selling out even as I write this -- must type faster! Ready, set, shop ...

The computer cat bed by Atomic Attic.

This past week's picks include the Computer Pet Bed by Atomic Attic, an ingenious example of upcycling that repurposes castoff iMacs for cats' critter comforts. You know how your cat just loves cuddling up to your computer? Well, this imaginative item gives new meaning to the Apple slogan "Think Different," permitting Fluffy access to the very heart of the machine. Says designer Miles Harrison, "I'm always trying to find new ways to appease my animals. The G3 iMac is a vibrant alternative to the typical pet bed. Technologically obsolete yet still stunning as ever. Reduce, Reuse, Upcycle!"

A personalized cat stamp by Lush Prints.

Then there are Lush Prints' personalized rubber stamps, conferring cool-cat cred on your old-school correspondence, whether you choose the emblem of a cat, a dog, or a squirrel. In the wise words of a cat named Pitzee, Lush Prints' mascot and Stamp Inspector, "Nothing will ever replace the feeling of opening a handwritten note, especially one with a cute return stamp on it."

Cat bowls by PetRageous Designs.

And because the motto of PetRageous Designs is "Kitties love to eat" (no, really?), there's a mouthwatering smorgasbord of sweet ceramic bowls adorned with fishy accents and the word "Meow."
