Hi friends -
I was wondering if you could spare a couple of purrs for me. I have to go to the vet tomorrow. :( Mom says I'm not eating enough or being playful enough for her liking. *Humph* First she puts me on a diet and then she says I'm not eating enough. Humans are never happy. I'll let you know how things go tomorrow.
From mom -
I've noticed over the past week that Monida has been eating less and less. In a 24-hour span yesterday, she ate maybe 1/6 of the food she's supposed to eat. This morning I couldn't even get her to eat wet food, and she LOVES wet food. She hasn't been playing much either and has been sleeping a lot more. I wouldn't call her lethargic, but almost like she's depressed. Anyway, I'm taking her to the vet tomorrow. Hopefully everything is ok, and it's just the heat that's bothering her, though I'm skeptical that's it. I'll let you know how it all goes. I'm already bracing myself for the "She's fat" lecture. *sigh*
Monida, we are sending lots and lots of purrs. Maybe if you start eating right now and chasing some mousies you can still avoid going to the dredded vet. Hope you come away with answers and feeling lots better.
Purrs and hugs,
