Arrival Story:
My husband and I went to a cat show in Eugene, Oregon. We were looking for a new kitty, as ours had "gone to the bridge" about a year before. This beautiful little black smoke Maine Coon kitten was very shy and ignored everyone in the show, except when my husband spoke to him -- it was love at first sight both ways!!! His registered name is Savitar's Ashland Othello.
Bio:
Ash's cattery was in Portland, Oregon, however sadly she is retired from breeding. His uncle (whom he looks very much like) was a beautiful grand champion.
It is with great sadness that I must report that Ash passed away on August 10, 2009. He lost his fight with intestinal cancer, with much sadness for his family. He is now happy and well at the bridge and awaits a reunion with his family who miss him greatly!
