Arrival Story:
We found her at the Animal Shelter in San Francisco. She was about 6 months old and had been a stray. When we took her out of her cage to get acquainted, she hugged my husband tight and drooled all over him... I guess that did the trick or something, hehe...

Bio:
As Rusty grew to adulthood and when we lived in a more urban area, she was indoor only (afraid to go outside) and definitely a pudgy girl - also very needy and a bit of an attention slut. We moved to a rural area awhile back and she felt much more safe about going outside... and just like magic, she slimmed down to a healthy weight and now loves us very much but isn't so clingy. Happy kitty!
