Arrival Story:
Holly was a Christmas surprise from my parent's, the best present I ever got. My first cat had died in August and I was heartbroken and nervous about adopting another cat, I thought somehow I would be betraying Ribbons, my first baby, by bringing a new kitty into my life. I have always loved animals though, and my parents knew something was missing in my life, so they decided to start looking for a new cat for me. They went to the MSPCA at the beginning of December and the minute they saw Holly all curled up in the back of the cage they knew she was the girl for me. She was a bit shy but was curious about them so she let them pet her and instantly started purring. My parents fell in love with her sweet, gentle personality, and as soon as I opened the box and saw her pretty little face looking at me, so did I. I named her Holly in honor of the Christmas season and because I thought it was a fitting name for a beautiful little girl that has brought love and fun back into my life.

Bio:
Holly is a little cuddle bug. She loves curling up in a little ball and then rolling onto her stomach to be rubbed. Sometimes when I'm laying with her she reaches one of her little paws out to touch my hand, it's like she wants to hold hands, it's the cutest thing ever. Sometimes when she talks it sounds more like a little squeak than a meow, that's why I sometimes call her 'Squeaker'.
