EVIL Post Office

Oh my oh my oh my. I always thought that Boogers' postal service was worse than ours. Maybe not!

Mother has been checking our postal service's tracking system from time to time to see if her original Amazon order (the one that was re-sent and delivered via UPS yesterday) shows any progress. Well low and behold she checked today and found that her original package arrived in Calgary, Alberta on Jan. 30! Holy catnip, that's like 2,000 miles away from us. It was sent there from our local sorting facility. What the hay? Wonder if it will eventually arrive back here...

Oh my. Perhaps Boogers has something to do with this....
Somebody or somekitty is in BIG TROUBLE! Oh my yes!

OOOooooooo, the postman came today and left a package for ME. It contained a beautiful Valentines Calvin Collar and a pink hearts blankie from *The Cat in the Clover*. They were prezzies from Boogers! EEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeee!!!

Raising the White Flag

Oh my oh my oh my. My bro, Kovo, has been prancing around here lately with a swollen head 'cause he got 2 DDP honours and a Valentine in the space of, like, a week. Well, he doesn't know it yet but tomorrow he's gonna get his COMEUPPANCE. Oh my yes!

Mother has finally admitted defeat and has raised the white flag. Kovo's mats have gotten worse so she's decided my little bro has to go to the groomers. She has a grand total of 16 different cat grooming tools and still she can't keep those mats at bay. Loser! Kovo's gonna get a haircut tomorrow. I see a nekkid tummy in his immediate future. Wonder if Miss Zoey will still find you handsome on Friday afternoon, little bro.

On another note, I think I'm gonna have to ask my dear friend, Princess, to visit the post office. Not only did my Christmas prezzie from Boogers disappear but a package mother was expecting from Amazon last week has gone AWOL too. Somebody's gonna be in BIG TROUBLE when Princess finds them.

Oh my oh my oh my. I thought I'd better tell you all the news now. It will give all you handsome boys out there time to mourn, recover and try your luck with another kitty.

Yes! I have a Valentine for this year. A very handsome tom with excellent taste in female felines. I won't reveal his name yet. I wouldn't want jealousy to put him in danger. Let's just say he's EVIL and leave it at that.

As was the case last year, I know that many hearts will be broken by this news. One wins. Most lose. I'm sorry. It can't be helped.
I bear the burden of great beauty. What can I say?

Look Out!

Oh my oh my oh my. I don't know what I did to end up here with this whacko mother. I don't think I can take much more of her whining.

She came home this afternoon looking like a deer caught in the headlights, pupils all dilated. She had just been to the eye doctor. When she came through the front door she stepped right on some cat's poopie. She started whining right away about not being able to see clearly 'cause of the eye drops and accusing Kovo of deliberately depositing it there. She assumed it fell off his pantaloons. Right mother. I'm sure it was Kovo's poopie too but really, do you think that furball is smart enough to plot something like that?

I had to listen to more whining as mother groped her way around the kitchen as she got us our dinner. *SIGH* At least we got fed.

BTW, my tummy has been very good. No more upchucking. Boogers commented on my last diary entry and implied I may have eaten my dinner too fast that day. Nonsense! I'm a proper lady and always nibble my food slowly and delicately. Oh my yes!

Upchuck Fest

Oh my oh my oh my. My poor little tummy. I had an oopsie this morning in grand style. I threw up ALL my breakfast. Not in one place either. I left gobs of moist pate' all over the carpets.
Oh my.

I was afraid mother was going to scold me 'cause she had quite the time cleaning up. I must say, she was quite nice to me. *SHOCK*
She kept patting me and asking if I was all right. She even gave me extra cuddles. OOoooo I liked that. If I didn't prefer keeping my yummy food down so much I'd consider upchucking more often. Of course, it did get to be quite tiresome after a while having her watching my every move and keep asking if I felt OK.

I'm fine. Really. Just to be on the safe side (and to save herself some work I'm sure), mother gave me dry food for dinner. Usually that's a no no for me. So far I've kept that down. I'm fine. Really!

Gonna go have my after dinner nap now.

Snow!

Oh my oh my oh my. We're getting our very first snowfall right now. I don't think it's gonna stay around for long, though, 'cause it's supposed to be 5C on New Years Day. A short, mild winter would be great but I'm sure the real cold and snow is gonna arrive eventually.

I hope everykitty had a nice Christmas and Boxing Day. I got my Wellness Chicken and Herring so I rate Christmas a ten out of ten. Mother went all out with our present this year. Oh my yes! She bought us a container of cat grass. That's it. It's the kind you grow from seed. She planted the seeds the day before Christmas Eve. They've just started to sprout. Maybe in a few days there will be something worth nibbling... Way to go, mother!

Oh my oh my oh my. The holidays have officially started here and what better way to begin than by wishing my bestest bestie, *Boogers*, a very Happy Birthday! Yes, the handsome EVIL ONE turns 8 years young today!

I hope you'll all drop by Boogers' page today to wish him a Happy BD and to fill up his treat jar too. Oh my. That boy loves his food but what kitty doesn't? Of course, he's not a true connoisseur as he does not like the most delicious food ever canned, namely, Wellness Chicken & Herring, but he can be forgiven that flaw for today I suppose.

A Christmas Surprise!

Oh my oh my oh my. The postman came today and left a big parcel addressed to ME! OMC!!!

My EVIL pal, *Murray*, sent me a box of Christmas prezzies! EEEEEEEeeeeeee!!!! I thought he was going to send me a Christmas card but he sent me a card AND prezzies!! OMC!!!!

I got a cute card with a cat that looks like Murray on it wearing a Santa hat. In the box were three, count 'em, three cans of my most favourite food in the whole, wide world - Wellness Chicken and Herring!!! OMC!!! And that's not all. There was also a tin filled with three Yeowww Stinkies! Catnip goodness. I LOVE Yeowww toys!!!

There was another item in the box. I figure it accidentally fell in when Murray was packing, otherwise I have NO idea why he would send it. What was it you ask? Well, it was a tube of ClearZit zit cream. I just know it was a mistake because Murray would never live that dangerously. Would you, Murray?

In his card, Murray also sent Christmas greetings to my dear friend, Princess. She says that was very sweet of you, Murray, but you will NOT be getting your cat tree back from her.

Oooooo, it's gonna be a Merry Christmas for me indeed.

Awfully Pushy

Oh my oh my oh my. I wish someone would rescue me from this house. Mother has been mistreating us again. Pushing us around if you can believe it. Disgusting!

Mother decided to get a special birthday present for herself again this year. Two years ago she got Kovo. I needn't remind you what a terrible thing that was. This time she decided she wanted a new front porch. (Are you rolling your eyes too?) Well, that work got done last week. A few days ago mother managed to fall off the step. I emphasize that she did not fall down a flight of stairs. She did not fall down "the steps". No, she managed to fall off the new bottom step and landed hard on her knee. (She fell up the basement steps once when she tripped on a Stinkie and landed on that same knee. Mwahaahaa!!!)

Mother has been hobbling around since then and has been pushing us around. I think it's because she's just mean and cranky generally. She says it's because it hurts to put pressure on that knee when she walks. Anyway, we like to gather 'round her when she's in the kitchen. Underfoot all the way! She usually just steps over us but now she slides her foot to push us out of her way. So disrespectful! Kovo gets the worst of it 'cause he loves to plunk himself right down in front of mother whenever she's walking around the house. She tells him she thinks he's trying to kill her as she pushes him aside. You go, Kovo!

Well, I hope this nonsense ends soon and mother returns to respectfully stepping over us again. Or I may have to DO SOMETHING to her. Mwahaahaa!!!
