Arrival Story:
He had been left as a kitten and someone took him in. They moved and left him. He was taken in by someone else and they left him because they were afraid he might get hit by a car where they were going (pretty lousy excuse), because they would no longer be living on a dead end street. My neighbors and I started feeding him outside because we can't stand anything to go hungry. I live at the end of the dead end street. There is a field next to me. Anyway, 6 months later he gets hit by a car, in my front yard, by the neighbors across the street. I rushed him to the emergency vet. Then took him to my vet. He had to have surgery on his hip and had to have his leg pinned and so many $$$ later he is mine. He is the best fella, even my Aunt Jewel loves him and wants to take him home with her every time she comes to visit.

He likes to go outside, but I would rather keep him in. He will rush the door when opened if you are not careful and will whine and fuss until he gets his way. He also is very formal like Frasier Crane, but not stuck up, things just have to be done the right way. Sept. 14, 2008: Thomas is now an indoor cat. He came home after being gone for 4 days, unusual for Thom, all bruised up. I thought his lower jaw had been dislocated or broken. Called the vet and took him in. The vet said it was just badly bruised. He said someone traumatized him. I don't think he was hit by a car because he stays away from them since his earlier mishap. He was pretty sore all over. That was August 8, 2008. I know he would like to go out but...
