Arrival Story:
A friend of mine found 3 kittens in a garbage bin. They were about 4 weeks old. All were black and white, but one (My Timi) was different. She was born with Cerebellar Hyperplasia. She couldn't walk at that age, but kept falling over and she had a terrible head shake. She learned to eat by pressing her face against the side of the bowl to steady herself and as she got older, she walked almost normally but with big, wide steps. She was also Polydactyl, so her big feet helped her out! Her head shake completely disappeared and the only way you could tell she had a problem was when she ran. Her poor back legs didn't know what her front legs were doing! I lost her at the very young age of 2 years to FIV. Damn that disease. She must've been born with it, because she was an indoor kitty. Her brother and sister were adopted by friends of mine and are happy and healthy! My friend, Ehren, who has her sister said that after Timi died, her sister became more friendly and cuddley. I like to think that Timi's little soul had something to do with that!!! I miss her very much. She was my very first cat.

Santa,
Please send all of my love and purrs to my family. I miss them terribly but I am very happy here and I'm being taken care of fabulously. I am in want of nothing. Tell them that I think Moot is a great addition to our family and I wish that I could have met him before I passed. Tell Murphy that I miss his grumbling and give him a rub. Tell Skeeter that I miss our play time and give her a pat on the head. Tell Moot to take care of the family like I did. Tell Momma and Rex that I love them more than they will ever know and send a VERY loud purr their way. Tell them all to have a very Meowy Christmas and a wonderful New Year.
Thanks Santa,
Love,
Timi
