Today is a purry special day! It's my sweet *Aspeykins'* birthday!

I'm a terrible girlfriend because his presents are going to be late. Last Sunday I busted out. I ran out the front porch door when my mommy brought Tessa back from strolling. Then I ran around the front yard and under the car and everywhere I could avoid my mommy catching me. I scared her to death!

Finally she opened the side porch door and I ran back in. She was pretty mad but petting me up a storm at the same time. I meowed to her I was just trying to get to the post office to mail Aspen's birthday presents on time.

Appawrently, she was so freaked out she ignored me and furgot to get them in the mail.

You just can't find good help these days.

Anyway, Aspen's the best boyfriend in the whole world, and I hope he has the best birthday efur! I'm going to bust out and take him out to dinner here in a few...
