*rubs eyes in disbelief* It is SUCH an honor to be on the beautiful Samoa's Dreamboat list and not only that?!?! I'm on the list with all my brothers, 'cause really, we're all dreamboats right??

Happy 9 years mom and dad!!!!

It's February 6, 2012 where we are, so I'm wishing my meowmy and daddy a Happy 9 years of Marriage!!!

I know dad will treat her to an extra special dinner tonight (I better get a doggy, errrr, kitty bag!!) and we will be left home with Grandpaw who is going to cat and dog sit :)

Also today is Aspen's 7th Birthday!!! He's the brother of Snowmitts, who's the twins' brother from another litter. Get all that? MOL

Wow, just woke up and saw I'm a DDP!! Thank you Buddie for the sweet pawmail and Mr. Sam - Angel Dreamboat#15 for the message on my pic :)

My lil' surprise for Pansy is a day delayed 'cause mom was having fits MOL!!! Mom tries hard but sometimes when we "help" she gets really frustrated, if you know what I mean :)

The past 3 days have been in the 60-70's!! This is Feb?? Mom still hopes it gets COLD and that we got MOUNDS of snow...

Update on Dad's Cardiologist appointment

So today was a good day as Dad FINALLY got to see a Cardiologist. Basically, dad is a fainting goat (as Allie's mom had said hahahaha). Nothing wrong with him. So the part in Dragon Tattoo movie which is graphic in the book and movie is the cause, same effect if someone where to pinch the Vasovagal vessel. Good to know the two blips in his EKG wasn't what was initially thought.

I also got mail today!! My BEAUTIFUL Valentine Pansy sent me the prettiest card with sweet words and lovies (for my eyes only!!). Seriously, I have a gorgeous Valentine :) I'm working on something for our date! You ladies probably wish I was your date?? I know I know, you'd think there's enough Boogie to go around since I'm so muscular :)

2 cat rooms?!?!

This is a followup from my previous diary. Since mom was snoring dad went into the guest room.

Well to prepare that room we had to take the door stoppers off 'cause Porkers pulls them off and plays with them, protect the wire to the lamp, and take down mom's reed defuser 'cause you KNOW we'd spill the oil everywhere.

Well, little did she know? We now have TWO cat rooms! YES YOU READ RIGHT!!!! She just went upstairs and saw 5 of us in the guest bed :) Fido was downstairs. So we've claimed it as OUR 2nd bedroom!

SO now we have a queen bed to ourselves, a dresser and night stand to sleep on, a bed to hide under, window to look out, etc.,

So dad had to (quote, "had to") sleep in the guest room 'cause mom was snoring up a storm. I plead the fifth... However, don't get me wrong, even if she was snoring loud? I didn't mind 'cause Ethan was to her left, and I slept on her right :)

And Fido of all cats, slept at her feet!

Dad said none of us visited (he's a light sleeper). Hehe

Hope all my friends are having a good weekend! It's been windy the past two days so I've had time to catch up on sleeping and helping mom with her massive cross stitch of Harry Potter and the trio.

Vet visit!

Seems like everyone is seeing the Vet! My handsome nephew got his mats out. The long haired brothers of mine get those from time to time.

I'm so glad my BEAUTIFUL Valentine Pansy received her gift!! I was beginning to worry when I read her diary that not only did my Catmas gift go MIA but her mom's Amazon package is MIA too!! But alas, she received her beautiful collar from the Cat in the Clover AND a custom Snooze Sack :) You see, Pansy gave me one and I love, love, LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE it!! Like it's my favorite nap spot!! So I asked Newman's mom if she had Vday fabric and she found some and it had stripes so that makes it look like me and Pansy as we're both black/white cats! :) Yeah I'm all romantic like that!

Well back to the vet visit. Porkers and Fido had their annual exam and they needed their ray-bee shot. I had gone to the vet a month or so ago for my boogie and wheezing/sneezing issue. While the meds worked as well as the Anti-hissssss-ta-mean did too, it was a steroid and what I need is an Anti-be-otic!

While our new vet has all our info, my rap sheet is LONG due to my boogies. So mom mentioned that the ONLY medicine that seems to work is Enrofloxacin 50 mg/ml Susp. And it's tuna flavored! Unfortunately, since the company in MD over nights meds and I needed it, and tomorrow being Saturday, the shipping was almost $50 :( But mom said it had to be done!

Weird how I need this med from time to time.... I've been on a ton of meds but this works. Oh well, at least my vet Dr. Welch is cool!!

Paging Nurse Mommy!!!

So it's a good thing mom kept nagging dad to go to the ER. Yesterday dad blacked out at a movie ("Girl with the Dragon Tattoo") and mom went nuts as expected. After a good 30-60 seconds he came through and then had a nasty spell of sweat/clammy hands. Prior to the movie dad worked out like always but didn't eat as much (he eats a lot like me) but he's eaten less before and was fine.

So mom kept nagging him, in fact, she was crying as she was upset!!! Dad finally said he'd go to the ER at 10:30pm (the incident at the movie was at 5 pm or so). Well, after the EKG they didn't like what they saw so dad got blood tests, chest X-ray, and a CAT (meow???) scan. 7 hours later they left for home. Dad was able to be discharged as the dr. said he perhaps fainted during the scary part of the movie. The Dr. didn't think lack of food/liquids made dad faint as he's in shape and exercises like this 5x a week. HOWEVER, dad has an appointment with mom's Cardiologist on Thursday to rule out a possibility of Wolf Parkinson's White Syndrome (which is treatable!).

Mom must come from the school of Nurse Pansy!!

The only bad part was mom locked Porkey in the powder room for 7 hours :( She felt bad about that... But do note, we all kept Porkers company as we were standing by the door when they returned home MOL!!!!!!!

So Wednesday January 18, my bestest Murrman is going in for another checkup. The poor dude has to endure a LONG car ride (I know!!) and will be having x-rays too. I am purring with all my might and I told him I'd go on a hunger strike since he has to fast after midnight if it ensures that he doesn't see the EVIL Cancer!!!

REV UP THOSE PURRRS!! He is one of my bestest and he has to be 110% fine! HE HAS TO!!!

Still looking for the stray :(

So we've read countless times how our friends find stray's on their porch, deck, etc., and HOW COOL is it when they become part of the family?!?!

Mom is now all worried about the kitten!! Thankfully there's still a few lots that are being built so we hope the kitty had sense to wonder over there and find shelter in the cold. In the meantime mom put out some dry kibble.

Mom thinks I was communicating to the stray. He's NO older than 9 months, he was small but larger than a 6 month old kitten. I mean, we got Fido when he was 7 months and the kitten is about that size, maybe a tad bigger. Oh he had SOLID gray fur, cute, white chest like Hondo, no mitts.

I don't know much about getting strays, but he had no collar and mom thinks because we weren't hissing at each other that he might not be feral? Dunno?

While it was cold, mom turned up the heat and left the front door open with the storm door obviously shut. No sign of him.

Maybe someone took him in? We just know he's not our neigbhors cat...
