Leave a treat for Ipsa

Nicknames: Ippa

Quick Bio:
 Birthday: March 9th 2004
 Coloration: Gray

Likes: While used to be feral, I am now a complete lap cat - my favorite spot to be scratched is my "arch" just above my tailbone.

Pet-Peeves: The washer and drying petrify me!

Favorite Toy: I love feather toys. It's the one thing that gets me motivated to do my excercise. I also like to play with my boyfriend, Oreo. ;)

Favorite Nap Spot: I have a green bed that was donated to me through my rescue group. While that's one of my more specific nap spots, I also love laps, the couch, and (of course) a nice peice of carpet.

Favorite Food: I would much rather have your attention than any treat. I'll eat my food, but if you try to give me any sort of treat, I will head butt you and the hand holding the treat!

Skills: I'm an excellent mom to my kittens. While I originally had six, five were adopted and now it's just me and my smallest girl, Rosco, that are ready for adoption. I love to play and wrestle with her. I also love to play and wrestle with my boyfriend, Oreo.

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story: I came to my current family because my kittens and I were considered feral. Our local humane society doesn't have a program for feral cats, but my foster mom volunteers for the local feral rescue group - whom the humane society contacted when our stray period was up. It was a very close call - if the rescue group couldn't find room for my kittens and me, they would euthanize us the next day. Luckily for us, the rescue group was able to convince my adoptive mom to foster us. Unfortunately, it took a long time for me to come around, but now I am a complete lap kitty. Naturally, it will take me some time to adjust to my new home when I finally am adopted, but I know my forever-home will be one where my new family understands that I'm very timid around strangers, but outgoing, fun, and cuddly to those I know, trust, and love.

Bio: My name, Ipsa, is Latin for herself. Just thought you'd like to know. :) If you do decide that I would be a great addition to your family, I'll need you to consider adopting my daughter, Rosco, as well. We've always had a very close mommy-daughter bond. :)
