It's been a while...

Sorry I haven't written in a while. I don't even know where to begin...where do I? I am still at grandma's - not sure what is going on there - Mom has called but never came back for me. I miss Helmet. I miss laying with my tuxedo bro and cuddle time! Oh well, must make the best of grandma - she lets me knead her head.

A couple months ago I was taken in the cage again to the same funny smelling office. I loathe that place. Next thing I remember I woke up back at grandma's. My teeth and gums felt strange. My head felt strange, chalk one up for the humans. I know they are running some experimental tests on me, I just have no proof as of yet. I am watching them.

On a brighter note, Sugar is now hasta la vista. Grandma took her in the cage and came back without her. I barely made out the human speak and think that Sugar was placed with the vet for care and placement. What a fricking terror that girl was. No teeth or claws, but every time she came around she made her presence known. I don't know who she thought she was coming in here and trying to take over the place. What can I say? I might be 21 lbs but I'm a lover not a fighter. Ultimately, I guess she wasn't as lucky as me. I am very wary and keeping my distance until I am sure of Grandma's intentions.

Other human speak indicates Mom might be heading this way for something called a Turkey Day. I love Turkey and I love Mom, I will have to listen for more about this.

Still at Grandma's

Dear Diary

Well, I am still at Grandma' s house. I like it here, but I do miss my Mommy and other brothers - especially Helmet! Crockett and Skeet are the alpha males of their respective houses, and Helmet and I just don't care! We just want to love and be loved! I try to lick Crockett, but he just scoots away. I have overheard my Mom telling my Grandma that Helmet misses me too! I wish my Mom would get her stuff together so that I don't always have to be shipped off to stay with Grandma!

I do have some good news, I am losing some weight! The doctor has me on some thyroid meds to help me lost weight, and I have gone from 25.7 to 22.8 or so! I feel quite good actually!

Back at Grandma's

Back at Grandma's again. What's with this back and forth stuff?? 11 hours to you Mom might not be a big deal - but 11 hours to a cat? Holy cripes! I guess I am not here to stay either - there will be another trip in my future! Ugh! I guess compared to some other guys it's better to be a travellin' kitty than a homeless or unwanted kitty. Hopefully though, one day, the trips won't be as frequent!
