HELP!!

Ok mommy! I’ve learned my lesson. Let me out now.

Mommy likes to keep the bedroom door closed so that the kitten doesn’t get in there and harass the guinea pig. I know she doesn’t do it to keep me out. Well, this morning, I ran into the bedroom and mommy tried to pick me up, so I ran under the bed. She kept yelling something about having to go to work or something, and I couldn’t stay here all day. I didn’t listen to her…well…I thought she was bluffing. I guess she’s wasn’t because everyone’s gone to work, and I’m here in the bedroom by myself. I’m hoping someone will come home during lunch and let me out.

My family

Hello. I’m Phantom, the most distinguished animal in my household (humans included). I used to be the baby of the house, but my sister and two brothers have gone up to the big litter box in the sky. Now my mommy has two other “little darlings”. There’s Fudd, who’s only a year younger than me. She’s a mean kitty. She always hisses at me when I get near her, so I just leave her alone. If she ever pushes me too far, I don’t mind giving her a good swat to put her in her place, but mostly I just keep to myself.

A few months ago, those crazy two-footed things brought home a small kitten. They call her Fiona; I call her demon spawn. She has no respect for her elders. I tell ya, back in my day, if I’d acted the way she does, I’d have gotten in so much trouble. But mommy is always telling her how cute she is and giving her treats and stuff. I guess that’s what happens when you’re the youngest in the family, you get spoiled.

So, I’m the oldest, I leave my sisters alone, and they leave me alone. We like it that way. The advantage of being the oldest is I get to sleep in the big bed whenever I want. Whenever Fudd or the Demon are in there, they make too much noise, and mommy tosses them out and closes the door so they can’t get in. She lets me stay because I’m such a well behaved, purrr-fect cat. My humans have a neat trick they do to. I walk up to them and stick my head in their face, and they kiss it. They’d do it forever if I’d let them.

My mommy is weird, but she loves me and my sisters, and I love her (mommy, not sisters…well, maybe I love my sisters a little.)
