Arrival Story:
My uncle used to drive an Ice cream truck. One day he found 3 kids with a kitten in a paper bag. He traded Ice Creem for the kitten and brought him home. His eyes were newly open but his ears hadn't come up yet. He was so small and fragile. My aunt is allergic to cats and made my uncle give up his little "Blondie". Fortunately for me my Mom was visiting her and told her she had just bought me my own room in another neighborhood so I was a newly minted adult living on my own and could use a cat. Monday morning my aunt arrived at my door with a cardboard box containing my best buddy, a makeshift litter box, and some baby food. The rest is history

Bio:
Tigger went from Blondie, to Buttons when we discovered he was male. Then to Tigger when one Saturday morning Winnie the Pooh was on TV. He stopped and meowed at the screen any time he heard the word "Tigger". Since he wasn't answering to Buttons I asked him if he liked "Tigger" better. He came to me and rubbed my leg (a truly rare gesture) He's been Tigger ever since...-------------------------- ---------------- Tigger has recenty had a stoke. He was also diagnosed with CRF. I'm keeping him hydrated with SubQ's, and he's on asprin therapy. He's still Tigger but only in short sperts durring the day. Say a prayer for my cranky old man. ---------------------------------- ---------------------------------- ---------------------------------- ---------------------------------- -------------------------------- Tigger passed away at aproxamatly 5:45 pm on March 23rd. He was with his mommy and his dad in the vets office. He slipped away peacefully looking at the sunset and the trees.............. I'll see you at the rainbow bridge little man. I LOVE YOU!
