I saw Kobie get hit by a truck on Loop 288. I stopped to see if he was alive. He was laying by the side of the road purring. He was so adorable, and I am such a sucker....I took him in, and fixed him up thinking I would find a home for him when he was well. But after just a few days, he had warmed his way into my heart. No turning back.
Bio:
Kobie is my disaster kitty. Not only was he hit by a car, he also jumped out of a second story window, survived several bizzare illnesses, and swallowed two nyquil liquicaps, thus earning him frequent flyer miles at the Animal ER. This is why he is not allowed outside. He does not understand this logic. We attribute this to the fact that he is orange, and sufferes from orange cat disorder (OCD).
He loves laying upside down, playing with Thurston, and extorting kitty treats from grandmama
Sadly in May 2010, Kobie suffered his final disaster, developing an aggressive tumor in his inner ear. He is now at rest, and we are all lost without him. :(
