Arrival Story:
Molly has had a long journey. She wants a home now so she can collapse on her pillow and look out the window and feel safe and happy. Molly had been very pregnant. She had her kittens and was a good mom. The kittens were taken from Molly a little early because Molly was sooo tired. When the kittens left, Molly just slept and ate. Then Molly stopped eating. The two women that wanted to help Molly needed to raise money. So for a month Molly had to be given sub fluids, feedings of a/d/, an antibiotic, and pepcid. Molly lost a lot of weight. During this time blood work was taken, and an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed something on one side of Molly's liver. Money was slowly be raised. Finally half the money was raised. Molly could finally have the surgery and liver biopsy. Molly has a hepatitis that has been treated with a cephalsporin. She is now well. She even plays with her toy! A large cage is where she has been living. The vetinarian said she needs a home! A place she can relax and be comfortable. Molly is a nice cat. A mellow cat. She is four years old. She has big soft green eyes. She will hide if she feels uncomfortable or does not know you yet. A lot has happened to her. Molly needs a real home. Please contact Elaine at
