The Puggle, Puggie, Puggle di Mipp, Pooza (that’s Russian for “belly”), Pugnacious, many more…

Likes:
Sunbeams, flossing, and shredding cardboard boxes.

Pet-Peeves:
Wimmin. They smell funny.

Favorite Nap Spot:
Any horizontal surface located in a sunbeam.

Skills:
I can floss, without assistance, thank you.

Dwells:

Arrival Story:
Many years ago, a girlfriend moved in with three cats, and she graciously left the Puggle behind when we parted ways. He and I have been roommates ever since.

Bio:
Pug was named after the dog breed because—believe it or not—he was a singularly ugly kitten. After living so long as a bachelor, Pug grew into a crotchety old man: lovable, but set in his ways. Irritable and resistant to disruption of his routine, he was much like his roommate: the one person he was very attached to. Pug enjoyed his daily meditation ritual, leisurely constitutionals in our condo’s lobby, and watching all the people passing by on Boston’s trendy Newbury Street. Pug died Christmas Eve 2005 of congestive heart failure. More photos can be seen at the House of Puggin’.

I've had a great time with you all, but it's time for me to move on to the next big thing. I graced your lives for as long as I could, and wish I could stay longer, but I've really gotta go. But thank you for remembering me. Have a Puggle paw!

Admire all you want, but don’t get too close, please. I’m sure you smell just horrid, and I don’t have the energy to hiss and scratch just now.

That’s all for now, people. I’ll be in my room.
