Khonus appeared to us during this year's Supermoon. We went a bit out of town to a large hill overlooking the river to take photos, and while we were doing so, a black meowing shadow crept from up the hill.
He came up to my boyfriends legs and was shivering. He picked the shaking kitty up and we took him into the car to warm him. He was thin, and had hair worn down where a collar or something was too tight around his neck.
This is a notorious place for people to dump their animals. So after some discussion, we decided to take him home. No one responded to any ads we put out, so we've decided that he will become part of our family.
He is a great addition!
