i had a bombay who was used to other cats. when i lived on my own, she was lonely, so i asked my vet and he just happened to have an adult female looking for a home...i met her and fell in love.
Bio:
we've been together for 16 years. the bombay was stolen, but skami hid, so they didn't take her. Her name means "grey haired" in ancient egyptian. at 3;35 sept 9,2008, she went to the fields of the blessed.... love you kitty girl

Skami's Muti here, i had to put her to sleep today.... she was ready though. she only stuck around so long because i couldn't deal... i'm still having a hard time, but she was old, arthritic, and beginning organ failure on top of the thyroid problem.... i miss you, baby girl.

soooo, muti took me to the vet AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! i swear, i think i have been there more in the past year than the rest of my whole life!!!!!! i am mad. they poked me, stuck stuff in my ears, took blood AGAIN.... i am fine. the vet says i am one pound overweight. i have a cataract. but, the vet said there is a new medicine for arthritis, and cats can take it, so muti is going to try it. it's called metacam. muti hopes i will be back to annoying her mate.

Muti took me to the doctor... they picked and poked and were just mean. Muti says they did TWO blood tests and a "urinalysis"... i am ok, other than i have hyperthyroidism. He gave muti some nasty squirty stuff and i growl at her whenever she tries to give it to me. Supposedly, he gave muti some pills, but i don't remember any, unless those are the crunchy bits in my wet food.... but, my kitty box isn't pink anymore, so it must be helping...
