Hi there, My Litter-Robot 3 does not empty on its own and when I press the empty button in goes clockwise and dumps all the litter in the bottom drawer. If I unplug it, it will go counter clockwise and empty the dirty litter in the bottom drawer. What is wrong with my Litter-Robot 3?
