Purrfectiion Fluffy Cat Bed Review 2025: Pros, Cons & Verdict

Purrfectiion Cat Bed Review

Review Summary

Our Final Verdict

We give Purrfectiion Cat Bed a rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars.

Quality: 5/5
Materials: 5/5
Ease of Cleaning:: 5/5
Price: 4.5/5

The Purrfectiion Cat Bed is a high-quality and super fluffy bed that is as much of a kitty nest as it is a bed. This soft round bed practically envelops your cat as they settle in for a nap. Not only is this a very comfortable place for your kitty to sleep, but it’s designed to provide comfort and anxiety relief to kitties who need it.

This bed is a must-have for any cat who loves kneading a soft surface and those who are a little on the anxious side. It’s great for cats of all ages, though it is especially fantastic for kittens who will find comfort in the soft material that reminds them of their moms and for seniors who will benefit from the supporting filling.

Purrfectiion is the brand behind this innovative cat bed, and it is their claim to fame. Though the company also manufactures orthopedic cat bowls and other feline-centric accessories, this bed is their most popular seller.

Anxiety Relief for Restful Sleeps

If you have ever owned a cat with anxiety, you know how difficult winding down can be for them. It seems like they always have an ear open, listening for the first sound of trouble so they can take off and hide. Doesn’t sound like it’s very conducive to a good night’s sleep, does it?

One of the best features of this bed is that it can provide anxiety relief so your cat can finally have a restful sleep. The soft and luxurious plush materials can help calm your cat by encouraging them to knead.

Kneading is something that kittens do while nursing to stimulate milk production. When a cat gets older, they will still sometimes resort to kneading soft surfaces as it reminds them of the rewarding comfort they had as kittens while they nursed.

It’s not only the cozy material that can provide anxiety relief, though. The bed has a fluffy raised rim that sort of “hugs” cats when they lie in it. This enveloping feeling can help your anxious pet feel safe and secure, thus promoting a more comfortable and deep sleep.

Simple to Clean

The problem with a lot of pet furniture is that it is impossible to clean. It’s either made of materials that aren’t washing machine friendly or are so rigid in design that it wouldn’t fit in a washer at all.

The great thing about Purrfectiion’s bed is that it is machine washable. You can toss it in your front loader or even top loader machine and don’t have to worry about it becoming damaged in the process. Just be sure to wash it on the gentle cycle and then use the tumble dry feature on low heat when drying it.

Pick the Perfect Size

This bed is available in four different sizes, so you can choose the one that’s best for your specific needs. If you’re looking for a bed for baby cats and kittens, the small one at just 40 centimeters in diameter will be perfect. For young or particularly little cats, the medium at 50 centimeters in diameter should work just fine. The large is 60 centimeters in diameter and is great for adults and can even fit two cats.

The sizing guide on the website is a little confusing, however, as the company lists an extra large size option, but the XL size specification is not included on the official Purrfectiion website. We were able to determine the diameter of the XL bed through our research online, but since it is not on the official website, we’re not entirely sure the sizing is correct.

FAQs

Where are the Purrfectiion beds delivered from?

These beds ship from the United States Purrfectiion warehouse. The website claims they are delivered within two to five days, but the reviews suggest that delivery can take longer. You may need to wait 5–12 days for international orders.

What is the cost of shipping?

Purrfectiion offers free express 2–5 day shipping for their customers in the United States. Customers in other countries may be expected to pay a small charge for shipping depending on how much they buy. Free shipping is available on international orders over USD 100.

Can I find the Purrfectiion bed in stores?

The Purrfectiion bed is not available in stores. There may be similar beds available in brick-and-mortar stores but unless you buy directly from the website you cannot be sure that the bed you’re receiving will be the same one that’s advertised on the Purrfectiion website.

What is the return policy on the bed?

The company will send you a new bed free of charge if the one you purchased arrives defective or if it was damaged during transit. You do need to contact them within two days of delivery to take advantage of this offer.

You may be eligible for a return if you return the bed in the same condition it was received. It will need to be unused and in its original packaging.

What colors are available?

The colors available on the Purrfectiion website include white, light grey, light pink, and dark grey. It seems that other colors may have been available at some point, judging by the reviews we read on the website. Other colors we saw include rainbow, dark grey, brown, and purple.

What the Users Say

We like to scour the internet to find what current users have to say about products before we write our reviews and much of what we read online about the Purrfectiion cat bed is positive.

All of the reviews on the official website are glowing testimonials complete with a five-star rating. Red flags start shooting up when a company’s website only displays positive reviews, however. Are they deleting reviews that don’t talk up their product or are the reviews even real at all? Thankfully, for the Purrfectiion bed, it seems as though the reviews off of the official website are just as positive!

Consumers are raving about how much their cats love their new bed and how comforting it is for small kittens or those with anxiety. There were some concerns about product inaccuracy regarding the bed sizing and some reports of beds being back-ordered so shipping took longer than expected.

All in all, cat owners are satisfied with their pet’s new fluffy bed and, judging by the hundreds of images we saw of cats sleeping cozily in their little nests, kitties give the bed two paws up, too.

Conclusion

The Purrfectiion cat bed is extremely cozy and can provide comfort to small kittens and cats with anxiety while making sleep comfortable for senior cats. It is very easy to care for and will fluff right back up after being put in the dryer; just be sure you are following the laundering instructions exactly to ensure the bed doesn’t get destroyed in the wash. We give this bed two thumbs up and think your cats will, too!
