Persian Kittens for Sale in California: Breeders List 2026

classic persian kittens

Catster advocates for adopting before shopping, though we fully understand there are many reasons for seeking a breeder. So, we encourage it to be done the right way. We have not personally visited or investigated all of the breeders below. We have put the top-recommended all in one place for you to get in touch and make the best decision for you. Learn more about our stance and how to choose the right breeder here.

All cats are elegant, but Persians take that elegance to a whole new level. With their long hair and gorgeous faces, they’re the fashion models of the feline world.

That means they can be hard to find, however. If you live in California and are looking for a Persian kitten, you may feel like it’s impossible to find a trustworthy breeder in your general area. Fear not, though, for we’ve assembled a list of the top Persian breeders in California here.

Top 5 Persian Kitten Breeders in California

1. Dazzle-M Persians and Exotics

  • Sacramento, CA

If silver Persians are your bag, Dazzle-M should be the first place that you look. All their cats meet the standards set by the Cat Fanciers’ Association (CFA), and the breeder’s primary aim is to create the highest-quality silvers and goldens possible.

Their cats are never caged, and they’re allowed to intermingle freely with the breeder’s family. Even so, their living conditions are always clean and well-maintained, and your new kitten will expect to live in the lap of luxury.

2. KelSkits Persians

You may get starstruck if you visit KelSkits Persians in person, as their cats have been featured on Animal Planet and shown alongside Aubrey Plaza on the cover of “Bust” Lifestyle magazine. They specialize in silvers, chinchilla silvers, and goldens, although they also occasionally offer doll faces.

All their cats are thoroughly tested for diseases and given all their necessary boosters, and the breeder makes it a point to educate prospective adopters as much as possible. Given that they used to be professional vet techs and have been breeding Persians for quite a while, they’re more than capable of providing you with all the information that you require.

3. Shadow Oak Persians

They have a ringworm-free cattery, and all their animals are tested for various diseases and genetic defects before being released to their new homes.

Their primary focus is raising healthy vans, bi-colors, and white Persians, but they also place a premium on temperament. Their cats are well-mannered and sociable, and they’ll fit right in with their new family.

4. Kingsley Kittens
