The first giveaway is a Hazel Lucy original Cat Cap FOR NON-U.S. RESIDENTS only. Sometimes, non-US residents are not eligible for our giveaways, and that made Hazel Lucy feel bad. So she designed this Cat Cap specifically to give away to non-resident cats.

- Any cat living outside the United States is eligible.

- No more than 4 cats per household can enter.
