Win a Custom Cat Painting from Artist Angie Ketelhut
You probably have hundreds of pictures of your cat. It's fun to capture the quirky, cute, beautiful, inquisitive, or just downright silliness of your pet and have that image to keep forever. Imagine how much more special that would be if you had a custom painting of your pet to proudly display? You can have just that with today's giveaway.
Since artist Angie Ketelhut was young, cats have held a special place in her heart. When she was 10, she heard tiny cries coming from a giant woodpile in her back yard. With her grandparent' help, they moved a few logs and found the smallest kitten she'd ever seen. That litty kitty became her baby, and she has loved animals ever since.
Her love for animals still shines through in the way she paints them. If you visit her website, ArtbyAngie, com, you'll see many of the custom portraits she has done over the years. Her favorite animals to paint, she says, are cats and dogs.
One lucky Catster reader will get a custom five-by-seven-inch portrait of their cat painted by Angie. You'll work directly with her to relay all the special details, and then you'll have a beautiful piece of art to show off your own love for your cat.
