Meet VOICE: The Program Helping Rescue Pets Through Simple Daily Clicks

What if you could help feed animals in need without spending a dime?

At a time when the cost of living keeps rising, one of the first things to be scrapped from the household budget is charitable donations. Of course, this comes with an extra serving of guilt and shame, all whilst being bombarded by news headlines seemingly plucked from a post-apocalyptic sci-fi drama – it’s no wonder that feeling overwhelmed and disenchanted is becoming the norm.

Does this sound horribly familiar?

Then you need VOICE.

What Is VOICE?

VOICE provides hardworking animal rescues with much-needed support, and you can help just by clicking. No strings, no secret subscriptions, your click = food in bowls. It’s that simple.

Since 2021, this remarkable initiative from the team at Yummypets, the world’s largest online social ‘petwork’ connecting millions of pet parents around the globe, has helped raise awareness about the ever-increasing strain on animal charities and delivered more than 50 tons of pet food to animals in need.

The VOICE concept is remarkably simple, but seriously impactful.

Animals in need don’t have a voice to ask for help, so Yummypets is giving them one.

Every month, Yummypets features a new animal rescue organization with a goal to reach—and that’s where you come in. With a simple click, you push the charity closer to its target. If they reach 100% of their click goal by the end of the month, VOICE will donate 330 lbs of kibble to the charity. But don’t worry, even if they don’t make the target, VOICE still donates the percentage of kibble that matches the percentage of their click target.

You can click once per day, every day, and you don’t even need to sign up, let alone open your wallet. If you’re a Yummypets member, your clicks are worth double, and you can set up a daily reminder so you never forget your daily click!

VOICE is helping to feed millions of pets in need across the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Brazil, Mexico, and Australia, and all you need to do is ‘click’.

How Does It Work?

You might be wondering

“How does a click turn into food?”

“How am I making a donation without actually making a donation?”

“What’s the catch?”

It is a sad reality that when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. But every now and then, something comes along that is exactly as it seems. There is no secret agenda, no strings, no loopholes, and no sneaky fine print.

VOICE is about getting people talking about charity and shining a light on organizations that need our support. Each click increases awareness and puts food in bowls. Even when you can’t afford to contribute financially to a worthy cause, you can make a huge difference just by talking about it, raising awareness, and bringing attention where it is needed. Of course, if you can afford to contribute more, this is always very welcome!

The click-to-donate program has already helped hundreds of charities and thousands of animals, with these rescue organizations showing us the real impact of VOICE.

What Is Yummypets?

It’s hard to get away from social media these days, and it’s far too easy to find yourself stuck in a doomscrolling funk. Yummypets is the pet lover’s antidote to the clickbait and algorithms that have become so entrenched in our daily lives. On the surface, it is like Facebook for pets, but dig a little deeper, and you’ll see that it’s so much more.

Yummypets is a place to celebrate all that is wonderful about pets. Somewhere to exchange stories, photos, ideas, and advice with people who love animals as much as you do, and immerse yourself in a community obsessed with feathers, fur, and fins instead of fakery and filler.

Available in French, English, and Spanish, Yummypets is home to an extensive network of pet-related news, information, photos, videos, contests, chat forums, vet information, and of course, the revolutionary program, VOICE.

Don’t Wait, Just Click

It really couldn’t be simpler. Set a reminder, go to VOICE, and click to give. While you’re there, you can learn more about the charities they have supported and see the impact VOICE and Yummypets have had on the lives of so many non-profit organizations and the animals they care for.

If you could help feed animals in need with just one click per day, why wouldn’t you?
