 Coloration: Black

Likes: Her forehead rubbed, sholderblade massages, and me!

Pet-Peeves: She absolutely cannot stand her three (not related, rescued) sisters

Favorite Toy: Anything, toy mice, play-sticks, but especially feather dusters

Favorite Nap Spot: Computer monitors, the back of the easy chair, in bed with me

Favorite Food: Fancy Feast, salami, ice cream, cheese

Skills: She can open doors as long as they aren't clicked totally shut, she can tell when an object is off limits [example: sitting spot? = book? is ok... laptop? is bad] (we don't have to tell her, she just knows). She is also the softest cat ever, no contest.

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story: I received her when I was about eight years old. I was asleep one night and was awoken by a knock on my bedroom door. I sleepily opened the door to see my parents smiling and holding and the most adorable, soft, black cat, with a red ribbon around her neck. My mother put her in the laundry room for the night, until we could wake up in the morning and get to know her better. She mewed all night long, and I snuck down and let her bat at my fingers from under the door. She's been my best friend ever since. I've almost lost her a number of times (due to my parents giving her away when I went to college, without my knowing... I had to have a blow out fight with them to get her back).

Bio: Puska has grown over the years in such a way as she understands, in her cat way, human emotions. There have been many times she has come to sit by me when I'm feeling sad. She will get between my boyfriend and I when we have a fight and meow at him. If I'm crying and laying on the bed she will perch on my back, mew in my ear, and nibble my arm until I stop. She purrs the moment I begin to pet her, and she remembered my parents when they visited after having not seen them in three years. She is very special and strong. Puska passed away from old age on April 14th, 2007.

What has come over me...
A few weeks ago, I was so tried I couldn't move. Liddie snuggled up beside me and licked my forehead and purred at me! How is this possible! How can se be so kind to me when she simply must know that I don't like her... but, I'm so touched by her unconditional affection toward me... I think I'll be a little nicer to her from now on. But... but, I STILL don't like all these other cats! But... I guess I could force a smile once an a while. I even played a game of chase with Liddie the other day... but she get's carried away and crosses the line.
Humph... damn, conflicting emotions.

One of the little pustules ran away, but now the thing is back... ugh... why must I live with all these annoying felines.

A couple of months ago my right cheek swelled up and filled with painful gunk, and ruptured. I was wailing while Lynn squeezed the gunk out. It was so painful, but I felt better after it was all out.
It turned out to be a problem with my teeth, so the next day Lynn took me to the vet to get two of them pulled, she also asked them to clean my other teeth. She was crying and was very mad at herself for not getting my teeth cleaned sooner. But now I feel all better, and I don't have stinky breath anymore.
